Y’all gotta figure out a new system to get people in and out…. Besides offering people to go and spend more money in your cafe next door…. Also maybe stop letting people spend 30+ minutes in the back? None of the operations here make any sense

Good service. But the text notifications system should be updated. Waited 2 hours for a text just to be told to just come right in and the orders are normally done in about 20 minutes. I get it, it gets busy. But it’s a huge inconvenience to wait for a text that may or may not come. Thanks for being a huge factor in me missing my plans tonight!

I am a medical patient. Why are there recreational users going back before medical users? The security guard just told me her boss told her to do it. That’s ridiculous! I even made a pre order! Medical patients go first! Add on… Shout out to Maddy& Gabby for being the most knowledgeable, kind & coolest bud tenders ever though. They don’t try to screw you out of discounts that you are well aware of. MOST of the bud tenders are super cool & so is Kelly out front. Don’t get it twisted. I definitely noticed that for the first time ever after my 1st review that my pre order text never came in. Shout out to whoever thought I wasn’t going to show up. Lol jokes on you. I spend big money here. I have your first clones even and they’re thriving after I got them with spider mites. ? An organic growers worst nightmare. ? My problem is mostly with the system as a medical patient not the staff. Each bud tender should have their own tip jar because some service is better than others. The runner should get a percentage of each bud tenders tips. My only other thing is pick up orders. I make them so I don’t have to figure it out when I get there. Saves us all time. Until I get there and sit in a long line anyway just so someone else can go back before me and stand there for 30 minutes asking questions before deciding. I was told when I showed up after my missing text my blue dream cart was gone and an employee (Sara) was trying to get Gabby not to give me my discount. Girl please…!!! I will never be stupid to what I get for an almost $700 order. I only tip people that have a positive personality. A separate pick up order line would be really awesome. I changed my rating because I love this place but I have a medicinal reason for use not recreational and part of that is not waiting in a crowded space. I don’t do deliveries because the van is quite colorful and my orders are quite expensive. Lol Add on again… Shoutout to Josh! He’s always been a really cool and hard working guy! Easy to talk to and always around to help. The line issue was not even an issue today. The security guy was on it. My bud tender Ken was really cool and helpful. Ayyyye I give y’all my 5 stars back! Top tier service today. :) Thank you. Add on… Can we pick out bud tender? It’s so crazy to either leave here with a positive or negative attitude based off of someone else’s energy. Please get a separate line for pick up orders.

Considering the other choice of dispensary we have in Cecil County, I'm not sure how anyone could give anything but five stars based on that fact alone. Better inventory, better deals, better customer service, better atmosphere. If I've had issues at NCW, they've been solved promptly. The fact that their delivery is next day is very obvious on their website, so any problems there are definitely user error. I miss third item Thursday, but their deals are still unbeatable. I love coming to this place as a med patient! Y'all definitely deserve more stars

It would be nice if someone would answer the phone before 9:30 since you open at 8:00 I've seen it for myself where the receptionist ignores the phone because they don't want to deal with it I understand your busy sometimes when you open but to straight up ignore the phone where after 15 minutes of waiting it goes straight to voicemail an every time I leave one I don't get a call back or it be two days later

Slowest dispensary I've ever been to. The parking lot is one way, and I was being blocked by a FedEx truck, so I had to wait before I could even park. The office had changed dramatically, having expanded to serve rec. The staff kept having problems signing me in as rec. The wait was over a half hour, I walked outside to walk my dog. Going back in, I'm told there are rec and medical patients ahead of me, meaning I have another 10 minutes of waiting, despite having already placed an order. I wound up leaving, driving to local competitor, and was in and out in under 6 minutes. The service and atmosphere were unpleasant. Everyone looked very miserable. All in all, unless they have some mind-blowing deal, I would pass on this dispensary.

I used to love ncw before recreational hit. I thought that if u spend 100+ dollars then have to renew ur medical card for 75 every so often so we can get the better gummys and concentrate for whatever issue we have. That we would come before the recreational person. Nope go to pk if u want priority. Ur litterly first whenever u come in w a med card there first unless theirs other medical cards before u.

I’ve been a patient here for years. Up until recreational, service was good and you could always get through on the phone. Now that recreational has opened up, deliveries are processed same day, service at the location takes way longer, and overall the sales haven’t been as good….although they seem to be getting better again. My biggest complaint that has happened over time is there are occasional errors at the register. Most recently, I placed an online order and was charged for something I didn’t order or even receive. Had I received the item I wouldn’t have complained. I called in a few days ago to alert the employees of the issue. My first call was a day after the two week refund period- I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an account credit for next time. The first girl put me on hold for 30 mins with no reason why- she just put me on hold and nobody came back for a half hour so I hung up. I called again later in the day and spoke with the receptionist. She advised that I should come in- I told her I live in the next county over and wouldn’t be up that way any time soon so I’d like to resolve it on the phone. She pulled up my account and took my info- plus the item that was wrong. She said she would pass it on to a manager and I’d receive a call back. It’s been almost a week and still no call back. If you can’t treat your medical patients right, maybe you need to hire more employees or cut back on recreational sales hours. I will give them a chance to correct the issue on my next order but if it does not get resolved I will take my business elsewhere- there are about 20 dispensaries that are closer to my home. I use ncw because they were one of the first in the area and I’m loyal. I also appreciate the delivery service.
