I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Jai, the manager. He is incredibly personable and patient, always going above and beyond to assist customers. During my last visit, I was looking for a product that wasn’t available, but when I returned, Jai kindly pointed out that they had it in stock. His dedication to customer service truly stands out!

I have had mixed experiences at this Walgreens . I really don't like the fact there is a New Pharmacist every couple of months they never seem to stay longer then 3-6 months how can you have continuity of care if you never have the same person for up to 6 months it doesn't happen. I can never manage to get all my prescriptions at the same time, or even in the same week. I will take 3 prescriptions in I will get one the next day and two or three days later I get another one then two weeks the third one is ready, sorry but this is bull crap I live 25 minutes away from the Pharmacy and their are no other Pharmacies around except Bel Air or Elkton . I started using this Pharmacy when I worked at the VA hospital in Perryville so I could pick up scripts on my way into work at night but now I retired and it is a separate trip now and not one I have to make 3 trips in a week to get my meds. This Walgreens for whatever reason has had a lot of turnover in staff and Pharmacists in the last 6 years .

The pharmacy needs a complete overhaul. The wait in medicine is ridiculous. My meds were called in on Friday before 4 PM. And Saturday at 11:45 they still aren't ready. I was told in about an hour. Ridiculous

Scheduled a vaccine appointment for 11:30am. Checked in by 11:25am. Ended up leaving at 12:10pm without being seen. There was no line or anyone else waiting. Extremely frustrating.

I just wanted to post something positive because most people have just posting the negative. Now that the pharmacy has been taken over recently by the other pharmacist, I think his name is Davon(speaks in a low tone) this pharmacy has been running alot smoother. I pick up a lot of prescriptions there for myself, daughter, parents and some elderly patients I care for, and they are always on time, and if there is an issue he always has a solution, and not just brushed off. 8 out of 10 times this man has answered the phone himself over the past month and for a pharmacist that is impressive to me! A lot of times problems come with in the insurance itself with no fault to the pharmacist/pharmacy so when there is a good pharmacist on staff please be patient. We need more like him and Walgreens should be thankful to him.

Terrible, I waited on hold for over an hour and they picked up the phone and hung it up. I called walgreens 1800 number and the customer service agent also hung up on me. Third call to customer service transferred me back to their hold cue no concern whatsoever about the situation. Use another pharmacy!

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to deal with. I didn't think you couod get worse than CVS, but this Walgreens topped it. You can NEVER get through by phone. They will send you a robo-call to tell you that your prescription is ready, but when you get there, it's not ready and you have to wait. Why call then? Absolutely horrible!!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!!!

Avoid this pharmacy, if you show up three minutes before they’re supposed to take lunch, they are going to close right before your eyes and then say “sorry we’re closed” while they are closing the gate in front of you. If I could’ve given zero stars as an option, I would of.

Don't go here expecting the pharmacy drive through to actually have people that do their job staffed at it. I'd rate 0 but they don't let me. Shouldn't have to ring the bell 3 or 4 times for you to remember how to do your job

The worst customer service from a younger generation. I had to get a manager. Shame on them for continuing to get away with the way they treat their customers. Thank you Benjamin my generation for helping me!!!
