I have been a customer at this branch for 35 years. Back when it was NationsBank, Maryland National Bank, Equitable Bank, etc. service was good. They don't have enough staff now to properly run a bank. Today i called because I had a question about a mobile deposit. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and eventually had to hangup. I have already moved my business accounts to another bank due to poor service at other locations. I don't know what BOA's business model is, but it certainly doesn't involve customer service

It took me a while to write this but do not deal with this bank. They are so rude it’s like they’re doing you a favor by holding your money. I’m waiting for them to re-open so I can move everything out of there.

This branch is TERRIBLE. I have never come in here where there hasn't been a line. Today, on a Friday, there is one teller and the drive in is closed. I have waited my usual wait time of about 15 minutes already and there is still someone in front of me.

No customers, but long waits. I went in to see an advisor and they told me I had to wait. All I needed was a new debit card mine was defective. They told me I had to wait and they did not know when they could take me. They told me to take a seat. There was no magazines, water, or coffee available. I walked out, how can someone wait for hours without any access to at least some drink. Avoid this place, unless you make an appointment.

Poorly run. Never more than 1-2 customer but always a 30 minute wait. Whoever is manager should be fired.
