“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

“Caroline at the Towson Arhaus was amazing. I’ll preface this by saying that I’m a guy with no interior design experience. I went in to check out a few specific indigo colored throw pillows for my couch that I’d seen online. It was about an hour before closing. Caroline listened to what I had in mind and then quickly got to action. She was incredibly helpful in offering a number of suggestions of varying designs and colors. I walked out an hour later with two indigo throw pillows and two large grayish (chinchilla) lumbar pillows for my couch. I’d been looking for potential combinations online for a while, and Caroline came up with the perfect combo in about an hour. It was very impressive to see Caroline in her element, thinking up new ideas to fit my goal. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I could not have gotten to this point without her help. I was also impressed with Arhaus’ quality and selection and with how friendly the whole staff was. Great customer experience!”

“This store has so much for your home! It's an upscale version of TJ Maxx and Homegoods, with merchandise organized well, stocked fully, and thoughtfully plannogrammed. The interior is clean and spacious. There's SO much to buy, stuff you've never even thought you'd need, like a Christmas tree shaped beverage dispenser. Their stuff is high quality, long-lasting, and premium. We bought $8 pasta and $10 pasta sauce to splurge and got a free ornament. The customer service is superb! They must treat their employees well, as all the staff seemed excited, happy, engaged, outgoing, and smiley.”

“This is a great little store with great items for the house. Unfortunately SOME members of the staff are not very helpful. I wanted to buy a lamp and couldn’t figure out how to change the light bulb and all I got from one of the ladies was “if you can’t figure it out, then don’t buy it” and walked away! For a relatively expensive store, this is not what the type of customer service I expect; so they lost a sale, not so much because of the item but because of the annoyance I felt after this response.”
