Full transparency, I never write reviews but today that changes. The service I've received from Liberty Pure for the new whole house water treatment system they installed is second to none. There are not enough stars on the review to show how pleased we are with the system and the technicians. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! The response time and taking the time to explain, advise and teach us the details of why and how to treat the water is so appreciated. And Brad the installer did such a high end professional installation that I cannot fully share how happy we are with the way Brad performed the install. Top shelf for sure. I highly recommend this company for all the reasons above. You will NOT be disappointed.

Marvelous service. Found leaking water heater Saturday morning. Called three plumbing companies. Only liberty pure had a person answering. She advised someone would call back. 15 mins later Tyler called me said he had water heater and would arrive in 20 min. Installed heater within 1 hour.. Tyler was magnificent. However 5 hours later the new heater was not producing hot water. I called Tyler, he said he'd be over the following day, Sunday. Tyler found defective heating element. Replaced same and I had hot water on Sunday afternoon.Tyler, Liberty pure were the only plumbers I found on the weekend. Tyler hung with my problem till totally resolve. Great service from Tyler. I'm a liberty pure customer for life.Many thanks

Tyler showed up on a holiday weekend with a great attitude and ready to replace our well pump. It was done in no time and we are back up running. From their newest loyal customer, I would highly recommend Liberty Pure.

We all know that when plumbing problems occur, especially loss of water, finding the right plumbing company can be a challenge. I highly recommend that you consider Liberty Pure Solutions. Let me tell you why! My home is on well water. I suddenly had a loss of water. I mean not a drop of water out of multiple sinks, showers and toilets not flushing. After doing my due diligence and trying to find a plumbing company to call, I settled on Liberty Pure Solutions. On my very first call, I was greeted by their administrative/ scheduling staff person, who had superior customer service skills and who communicated excellent knowledge regarding my specific lack of water problem. I believe her name was Lisa. I was truly impressed with her plumbing knowledge as an admin staff. She then spoke with the appropriate experts on the team and a friendly guy named Brad was knocking on my door in no time. He completed his assessment and made his recommendations for repair. He was extremely detailed, accurate and explained the evidence and process used to determine that I needed to replace my well pump. It is so nice when you know a company is not trying to take advantage of you by showing you and validating their recommendations. The prices quoted were extremely fair and I believe below market rates. While this may be a pretty routine job for these experts, it didn't sound like an easy job to me. I was expecting it to take a while. Before I knew it, the technicians showed up to complete the work. Their names were Dennis and Steve. They were both efficient, knowledgeable and displayed compassion as they completed the job. My water was back in no time. The water pressure improved and they went above and beyond assessing my well water purification and operational needs. FORGET EVERYONE ELSE, THESE SHOULD BE YOUR WATER GUYS AND PLUMBERS!I rarely do reviews so please accept this as nothing but the truth!#FACTSDawn James

Liberty Pure came to my home today..told them water was in the basement..toilet on floor so probably septic problem. Technician came out..said the septic is full..get it drained. Said no clog ..just septic. Paid Chavis extra $200 for same day visit ($485). They drained spetic..said pipe is clogged..same Pipe that I was quote would cost $250 and up to unclog..but easier to say it was septic. Was told at 440pm someone can come tomorrow or get someone from another company for today..wife took a shower..water in basement. Let's see if Liberty fixes this very badly handled situation.

Liberty Pure has taken advantage of my father. My father has advanced dementia. We have an estimate with a signature that is not his but he is being billed. They have not been able to communicate with him, they have dealt with the woman he lives with only handing an estimate for him to sign. We have contacted the police and adult protective services for the county reporting this contractor. I have tried to talk with them explaining I am his daughter and his dementia, they won't speak with me, won't give me the name of office supervisors or allow me to set up appointments to meet with them. ******* please beware ***** this is disgusting *********

can’t say enough good things about Liberty Pure. they’ve been out to the house a few times for repairs including an emergency call and boiler repair while we were in Costa Rica and we had someone house sitting!yesterday, I decided to finally bite the bullet and get them out to do a water analysis , knowing we have very hard and acidic water. Tyler was at the house within a couple hours and stayed on the phone with me the whole time he was in the house since i was at work. he confirmed we needed and softener package, as well as a larger sediment filter. I asked if they could also take care of relocating the well pressure tank since it was in a very goofy , inaccessible location with poor, unsupported piping. he was on the same page as me and recommended we upgrade to a stainless steel pressure tank package, as ours was brass and heavily corroded. I told him we’d like to proceed and he said he could have guys on site the NEXT DAY!! Steve was the technician who came to the house to do the install and he was equally as knowledgeable and professional. the install looks fantastic and the price was reasonable. they really care about the work they’re putting in place and aren’t trying to pull the wool over anyone’s eyes. Had to include a before and after photo!!

It's interesting reading some of the comments from the BBB and other groups who indicate LP provides this and that, e.g., an estimate. I am so glad most of you have had a positive experience with them. I was not so lucky. On 4/4/2023 LP came to my home because their Tech who was servicing my water treatment equipment said he stated that I had an issue with my sump pump. He poured in my sump pump the sediment and water from changing my filter ( I am on a well). He asked if I wanted LP plumber to come out and take a look and I agreed. Long story short, 2-plumbers came and they went to the basement and in in less than 20-minutes, they replaced my sump pump and left my home. I received an electronic copy of the bill. There was no estimate. There was no discussing with me what the issue with the sump pump was and whether or not it could be fixed. The electronic receipt had no information as to the brand/manufacturer of the sump pump - just a bill for $550.00. Less $100.00 for no specific reason. They forged my signature on the receipt, just a sloppy wavy line as if I had signed. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, I requested that the sump pump information be provided. I explained that if the sump pump went up next week, I had nothing to use to see if the manufacturer would be able to provide a replacement or reimburse the cost for having it installed, etc. However, without the information I would not even be able to call them because the specific product information was missing. No type/brand of sump pump, was it Kohler? Made by some other company? No manufacturer. No price as the price was all inconclusive of labor. I am an old guy and feel that $550.00 for a sump pump replacement without knowing what type was installed and for a 1-person 20-minute job is a little excessive. LP could not understand why I would want this information. And rather than provide it, attempted to justify their business practices. How is that a company like LP that is not a new business on the block, does not know the type of sump pump that they just installed? It would be like going to have your car serviced and they said engine replacement, $5,000 please, without giving you, the consumer, the make/model/warranty information for that new engine. Note that the Tech who serviced my water treatment system also forged my signature though I had a better idea as the service and what materials was listed on the receipt and I had had this done before. The BBB closed the complaint saying the customer made a good faith effort to respond. To which I say, that is why the middle "B" in BBB, stands for business. I do not believe asking for this information should have to be so difficult for LP to provide UNLESS OF COURSE THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING! Perhaps they didn't even install a new sump pump. The old one worked fine a few days before when it rained. Did the sediment the service tech poured into the sump pump damage the sump pump? No other LP tech had done this before. They always had a bucket to take that rusty and sediment filled water out of my house. Look, I don't mind paying for good service, but LP failed on multiple fronts. Let me know how you folks feel if you had car work done as previously mentioned, or you went to the hospital, stayed for a week, and got a $25,000 bill that simply stated: Hospital Stay, without telling you how much the x-ray cost, or what any other test cost. LP was wrong here and the BBB was useless. The BBB could have intervened but I assume realized that LP was never going to provide the information I needed and requested. I hope you continue to get good service, but, you have at least been alerted.

We suddenly lost water from the well tank on Easter eve and coming into Sunday which was Easter Day. We were referred to Liberty Pure Solutions that afternoon/evening. Tyler showed up in few mins, and after all said and done (bcos he had to come back again), the job was done efficiently. Tyler was professional, kind and patient. Thanks for your help in restoring the most essential item in life—water for us. We’ll definitely refer him and his company and use them again!

They responded very quickly by phone on a Sunday night, their guys were out by 7:30 the next morning. Their guys were extremely polite and thorough while at our house. There was an additional issue after they came out just because of the area we live and they were back out the next morning by 6:30am to fix the additional unforeseen problem we had. Good people.

We are new to being well owners. Last night our pressure dropped and we knew something was wrong. Scared of emergency fees (found out Liberty Pure doesn’t charge these, which is amazing) we waited and called the next day at 8am, by 12:30 Tyler had been to my house, diagnosed the problem, educated me on the problem and why what needed to be fixed was necessary, and did a water test. By 3pm our home had water again and everything was fixed. I will forever use Liberty Pure, Tyler, and their team. So kind, friendly, and willing to teach you all about your equipment and how everything works. It’s hard to find honest, great, and efficient companies these day but Liberty Pure will always have my service!

They come twice to my house, first reviewed the scope of work, secondly - did maintenance on my home water filtration system. The job was done well. There was a misunderstanding with the final bill, which got resolved promptly after a phone call.

Just got one of their what purification systems and it has been amazing; I can tell a difference in the taste of my water and my mother skin issues have eased since getting it. I would recommend the system to anybody.
