“I like this store … i played lottery here mostly in my free time … specifically the owner’s son ryan talk very politely with all of customers nd they provide good customer service .. i want to recommend them that play some good music in store on light voice, which feels more good . All in all , this store is awesome .. ?️?️?️?️?️”
“Great store next to Trader Joe's for a quick daily wine. The employees are so helpful and friendly! They even have tasting every week that you may attend, for free! The place is quite hip. The only thing is wine is not cheap here! Maybe its the clientele, but the wine is easily ~$5 more expensive if you buy it from discount stores and the selection is quite limited with mostly daily wines. They have an Instagram page and a webpage which they keep up with regularly. I'm not a regular here but have visited a few times and if I'm in a pinch I would visit.”
“Have been several times, my son was getting a little fussy waiting at check out at my recent stop and an employee gave him a little toy hat and a lollipop. Such a nice place and good selection.”
“Good selection, and decent prices. Can be a little mark up on the rarer whiskeys, but even then it's still significantly better than secondary or most other Maryland stores. Whoever's, still in the store picks here must have a very similar palette to mine, they are always exceptional. Probably my favorite place to go for store pics.”

“Looking for a specific bourbon I haven't found anywhere; turned into a beautiful little shop and the kind woman had the bourbon and even sold me on the "Elvis" so I bought the 2nd bourbon to go with it. Great shop, good people.”

“This place is so cute. It’s huge and has great limited edition selection. I really love the wine room with the dim lighting and the pretty wall decorations. The fancy wine selection they have is quite impressive as well. I also like the wine chiller they have, it’s a nice touch. The wine and cheese section is also so cute.”
“In many states, Wegman's is allowed to sell wine. Maryland is not one of those. It's clear this stand-alone store is their solution. The signage all uses the same colors and fonts as in the Wegman's store next door and the shopping carts are all Wegman's carts. So what? Well, this means the prices are excellent. But it also means the selection is doubtless regulated by corporate. So you aren't going to find any rare gems here. But they do have a good solid selection. Service is also, well, serviceable. They do sometimes seem short on staff, but managers are always willing to come up and open a register. And in these post-COVID days, you can't ask for much more. Unless you are looking for one of those rare gems, this is a solid choice for beer, wine, or spirits.”

“Interesting little beer, wine, and liquor shop. Carry a pretty good selection, though not as much as some stores in the area. Prices seemed to be in line with other local liquor stores. Wish the selection of specialty beers was better but it's not a bad spot to grab something if you happen to be passing by. Plenty of parking in the lot next to store. Also carry some tobacco products.”
“This is the epitome of the great county store...a good selection with a great focus on bourbons and craft beers, and great staff who ware friendly, truthful, and open to conversation about what you're buying, looking for, and your experiences with things they may not know about. If you're in Maryland and out taking the Scenic Tour byways and happen into Madonna, stop in, meet some good people with a good selection of adult beverages who are friendly and helpful. Their rewards program is about helping out the regular and local customers which is welcome for local people to get stuff regulated by distributors and the industry. You can find a great selection of things to choose from, so stop in and pick something up that make your life or travels memorable.”
“Love their convenience and that they’re open on Sundays. However, do not buy sour beer here! They’ve been on the room-temp shelves for months without proper refrigeration, especially frustrating for sour beers that have lactose in them and are vulnerable to deterioration and excess fermentation when warm. I risked buying a pack of sour beer recently and was very disappointed that the beers had gone bad due to being stored room-temperature for an undetermined amount of time in the store. I brought it to the cashiers attention that the cans are clearly marked “refrigerate,” but he said there’s not space to properly store them. Will keep coming back for other products due to convenience and close proximity.

“I had the best experience there. The ATM machine worked. I was able to purchase a money order. I even bought a pair of gold earrings from there, so yes if you wanna get a drink, pay some bills, pick up a pair of earrings grab a pack of cigarettes and play your lottery numbers for the day that’s where you should go.”

“Valley View Liquors is the place for those of us that are laid back and like good people. Might also have a or thermos that typically isn't used for coffee and the guys at this place will help you find a substitute without any side eye... I recommend signing up for the rewards too because even if you only go there every few months, once a week, once a day..I mean every couple days there's no judgement and they even don't get mad if you use your quarters. All those purchases add up and when you're grabbing the 3rd to cheapest vodka and they tell you you only owe ~$1 (*may vary), because surprise- reward day has come when least expected. It's a true family feeling and Zef, Terry (I miss Ryan) have no judgement to your face and they're pretty funny... And to top it off you can then get your gas, snacks, scratch offs, monsters, etc. at Highs next door.”

“Ok as I have stated before I am in an IPA quest (indian pale ale) craft beer type drink so when I happen to have a taste I pop in to the first thing I see to jump off the bridge yeah folks no parachute just the word of the bar keep and once again I have found my next ex wife to be replaced the next time I run into another recommended variety well stocked cold cooler and reasonably priced hope to get back to here again soon as travels permit”
“I just love this place. It quite possibly has just about every kind/type of alcohol available. The owners are there all of the time and can answer any question thrown at them. There are bigger stores around but I like the personality and service I get here.”

“This store has so much for your home! It's an upscale version of TJ Maxx and Homegoods, with merchandise organized well, stocked fully, and thoughtfully plannogrammed. The interior is clean and spacious. There's SO much to buy, stuff you've never even thought you'd need, like a Christmas tree shaped beverage dispenser. Their stuff is high quality, long-lasting, and premium. We bought $8 pasta and $10 pasta sauce to splurge and got a free ornament. The customer service is superb! They must treat their employees well, as all the staff seemed excited, happy, engaged, outgoing, and smiley.”
