No drive thru atm and the atm they do have is rarely able to accommodate my withdrawals.

I had to use this branch when I was in the area a couple wks ago. I had called first to see what their protocol was with Covid. The guy that answered was very polite and the lady that served me was very nice too. Good customer service like that needs credit.

Due to an administerial block, funds were not able to be released in a timely fashion. It caused a lot of aggravation as junior bank employees at my local bank were not able to find out how it happened, nor how to solve it. However, Branch Manager Scott Kucera of the Jacksonville branch, close to my work, went above and beyond to dig into this problem and left no stone un-turned to solve the issue. He even was able to make funds available that still had a hold on it. I am truly impressed and I see that they go after their clients well being, "knowing what is important." Thanks you Scott.

M&T took over my bank....I had an account getting interest.....although small, it was something. when M&T took over they put me in an account that charged me $10 a month if I didn't have a certain amount which was way over what I had in the account. they sent me a statement that showed they charged me $30,for 3 months...this was the second statement from them.....the first had no service charge of $10 on it, so I was pretty surprised.I cancelled 2 accounts with them one with 13,000 in it .....they didn't care .
