“Witness some genuinely egregious and entitled behavior by a customer, which was met with patience and respect by the person working. I would use this post office anytime—pleasant and expedient service.”

“Not sure if anyone reads reviews of a USPS. But just in case -- the main gentleman working at this location on the weekday afternoon/evenings is SO great and helpful that I go out of my way to come to this one. I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that.Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.”

“Great for passports - Staff was Friendly. A breath of fresh air after Bedford and Mount Washington - which are both complete jokes. 2.2 Star on those for a reason - Cancellations without even contacting us. Showed up with Newborn and toddler to be told it was cancelled - RIDICULOUS! Stevenson was great! thank you!”

“Latisha is the bee’s knees! Her smile is contagious and she helped me ship an online purchase return in the most inexpensive way. I couldn’t be more grateful!”

“Great, friendly staff and super helpful. The post office is small but has more services available than other larger ones. Love coming here, always receive a warm greeting.”

“Why do they close from 1-2pm every day?! Can’t they swap who is on lunch like every other business versus shutting down for an hour when we are trying to mail packages and letters that require customer support. Rant over”

“The service of delivering mail is very poor on our road. On Saturday the mail is always mixed up among five boxes. Talked to postmaster in the past but has not been corrected.”

“We've lived in Sparks three years now and have enjoyed everything about the area, including the outstanding customer service from all the Sparks Post Office team. So different from other post office experiences and deserving of a five-star (and I'd give more, if I could!) rating!”

“This is a thank you note to Lakeisha. The place itself isn’t the best and other employees are rude but Lakeisha did a great job helping me out with a smile on her face. She was patient, friendly and professional. Thank you Lakeisha??”

“Nice branch! Went there for passports and mails. They offer P.O. Box service! $80 per year for a small one! Great free parking around! ALDI is nearby for groceries!”

2.3 Poor20 Reviews

“My package was delivered due to an error on MY part. My carrier, a second carrier, 2 different postal clerks and 2 supervisors all went overboard to try to help me with this issue, resulting in my carrier knocking on my door the next day and handing me the package. Great customer service all around! Unfortunately, the national USPS web form for me to send kudos to the individual employees did not work so I was unable to send my thanks”

“This is my go-to post office for shipping my packages! They seem to move alot faster than the other branches in my area. I've had little to no issue with the recipients getting the stuff I send, when I send it through here. The workers are always pleasant and are willing to help answer any questions you have!”

“I completely enjoyed mailing my letters at this location today. The staff is very polite, friendly and quick. The treat each customer with respect. They truly try the best they can and it was a pleasure to witness. Thank you for all you do! Thank you for being open later on a Saturday!”

“My call with Mrs. Gilliam today was so nice. She really showed kindness and empathy. Her kind demeanor and compassion compelled me to want to write a review to show how much the time she took and her kind words were appreciated. She was also very professional and went above and beyond to take care of my issue. Her leadership is also seen in those she manages. The staff are all delightful.”

“My first visit to this post office. Customer service was excellent, above and beyond. Location was easy to get to. And the hours truly accommodated my very busy life.”

“First - this is the most trustworthy post office in Baltimore. When I drop off slim packages in the drop box out front - I trust they will be scanned and not stolen. I know that's a low bar for 5 stars but hey it's Baltimore, it doesn't take much to impress us.Second - Darlene is not that bad. If you think Darlene is bad, you don't know what bad is. Like I said, stealing is the norm at some offices. I trust her completely with my mail, and that's all I really want at the end of the day. Her being extremely blunt is better than raising her voice - or flat out refusing to cooperate, which I've seen happen at other locations.Third - there is a cool mural to look at inside. I've noticed a lack of diversity and inclusion in the vignettes - but you can't have it all in life. At least there is art.The only thing that sucks about this location is the parking. It's almost impossible to park around lunch time. This is a good post office and we need to appreciate locations that still function.”

“It's actually in Executive Plaza II, on the Lower Level. It's a contracted office that doesn't seem to have the full options of a regular office (only had a couple of priority mailer sizes, not the one I was looking for.) The gentleman there told me they don't do international shipping either. Also worth noting that they are CASH ONLY, no credit or debit. Nice people, though.”
