They do a fine job. Pharmacy sometimes is understaffed than a little slow, but they do the best they can.

Wow, I had the best experience at this location. I usually go in and the stores are dirty messy and they have rude staff. This store was completely different. Heather at the counter was very nice and very personable. You could tell she really enjoys her job and she keeps the store organized and clean. She takes pride in it. Please give her a raise five star.

I have lived out this way for over twenty years. My husband used to have the restaurant next to this pharmacy. It used to be like family in there. For the past year or more every time i go on the app to simply press for a refill when i have one on record for refill. It is always delayed. I have to call my dr who has to be on hold forever to get through or send multiple faxes or messages to get them to clear it. Then i show up and the Pharmacist loudly asks me if i had major surgery and why am i taking this medication. Stunned that everyone in line can hear this. I said. (What happened to privacy laws) I have taken this for over 4 years for chronic back pain. He lectures me on side effects - again for everyone to hear. Fast forward this delay always happens and so goes the cycle to call my dr to get it resolved. This evening I figured i could call to check on the status myself. The pharmacist then asked me many questions about other meds i picked up and that he needs to speak to me. Sorry. This is ridiculous. I did say. You are not my dr. I do not need to speak to you. And…… he hung up on me! Script is ready for pick up now from the app notification. But what is wrong here? I will now after this many years change my pharmacy. And being a local to this relatively small community that shops in this strip mall in four corners. i will be sure to recommend the pharmacy across the street or for that matter any pharmacy other than this one!

Walgreens. Sweet Air Rd Phoenix, Md is my. store. The store is always clean and organized and phamarcy is always willing to listen . I just ended antibiotics for a harsh cold and filled immediately. Just wanted to give a thank you....

I've been using this location for over 10 years. It's true that there have been some transitional issues with turnover in the pharmacy. I will say that recently though, it seems to have greatly improved. The new head pharmacist is very helpful and jumps in to help when staff needs assistance. The store part is run very well and always organized and stocked sufficiently. I feel like many of the employees there feel like family. Most notably, Lewis, Heather, and Lucky keep everything running smoothly.

Terrible service at the Pharmacy, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. I tried the store manager who said they are busy. She transferred, came back on the line once to say still busy then I was disconnected. I changed the pick up location online and when i checked order status, it says to call them. Finally got thru to someone and they didn't have the prescription.

I use this pharmacy regularly , since it's close to home. I'm a type 1 diabetic, and my insulin is always out if stock, along with even basic test strips they are usually out of stock.. the issue is, the pharmacy will give me whatever they have on hand , then process it however they do, like I received the whole amount...then when I come back for the rest, they say it's too early , my insurance won't approve it lol. My Dr office writes me refills, but there's ALWAYS a issue because they simply don't have enough. I don't know how they manage to wipe the records, or don't process what I was given ect. Like I have time to go to the dr again to write a new script he already wrote once for me. Not to mention the staff looking at me like I'm crazy when I tell them u only gave me 2 insulin pens, and not 2 boxes. My health and life basically depends on insulin, no excuse for a pharmacy to never have common insulin in stock! Once they did this to me and tried to make me pay full price of 1500$ for insulin they say I picked up, when it was a partial from not having it in stock, and they could not even fix the mistake they made until the next day because they needed to get the help desk to fix what they did wrong in the computer there!! I don't know how they stay in buisiness seems like they mess up like this alot there!

I am extremely upset my medicine was sent in by Dr at 1pm. It is now 5.50 and It is Not ready . If have pneumonia and now my son I. Law has to come back to collect it. He has two kids in the car and his wife is sick also

It will take you hours for something that normally takes 5 minutes. I used this pharmacy out of necessity and it was not worth it. I’d rather travel 2 hours than wait here for 3 hours to hear that they’re surprised they’re out of stock.

This is truly a horrible pharmacy. Picking up a common daily required medicine i need to function turned into 15 minutes of questioning of my life. Highly disturbing, I'll find somewhere else to fill scripts in the future.
