Great place the staff is very helpful most of the time. I needed a box of forks that I couldn't find for the life of me and I asked 3 employees and none knew lol so I had to go see for myself but besides that it's a great place

16 year customer and in the past year I’ve experienced horrible customer service. Anytime a customer requires assistance the staff either cops an attitude, makes excuses or straight ignores you. I’ve not only had this happened to me but have been a witness to others as well. Disappointing that Safeway allows this and glad there is another grocery store less than a mile away.

iv been gone to this store for over 20 years n recently iv noticed one cashier on Saturday n sundays or the most busy day of the week...one cashier??i dont know her name but very nice well mannered girl but anyways i hope this isn't because the manager in charge gets a better bonus or something who know but this i believe is why they cant keep employees..

Nice kids and staff. Good managers. Produce could be better. The young man Angelo is probably the most polite young man I have ever met. Most kids are just so rude nowadays. Overall, great experience every time.

This store is disgusting to say the least. Filthy, rotten, dirty meat dept that should be shut down. It's gross!The employees are rude, ignorant, unprofessional and look as Filthy as the store itself.This store should be closed asap!

Their food is horrible. The service is horrendous and the ambiance is blah. Not to mention the fact that the only reason your grocery store is even staying open is because there's a Starbucks right inside the grocery store not to mention the fact that you ruined my cousins 15th birthday by not having his dessert ready when my aunt and I showed up to pick it up and the bakery manager and the store director was not the least bit sympathetic or apologetic to the fact that my aunt and I ran all around Timbuktu till we found a place that had desserts that were even appealing to the guests to eat. Won't go in there ever again. Hope you guys have to file bankruptcy when your company tanks
