I’m glad I wasn’t deterred by some other reviews. Helen will take good care of you! Her gel manicures always look perfect and the color stays put!! My gel manicures from her last longer than anywhere else I’ve been…and because of this I keep returning. Thank you, Helen!

Manicure done last year and polish came off the next day. Very rushed nail salon. Just had eyebrows waxed and she was extremely rushed and not gentle by any means.

Worst manicure I have ever had. Woman was rushed and just wanted me out of there. Very rough. When one of my nails got smudged she “tsk tsk” like it was my fault. Very rude. Will never go back.

I asked for an ultimate pedicure which included a 10 minute massage. My pedicure in total was 26 minutes and the massage was given after my nails were painted. The lotion that was used had an odd odor to it. I had to end up filing my toes again when I got home as the tech left many rough and sharp. They tried to put used toe separators on me and to dry my nails they placed a giant floor fan near me instead of using the heat lamps. When I asked for a pair of disposable flip flops as I had flats, they tried to ask for them back as some in the pile looked used. You don’t know what you don’t know, however; now I know I will never return. I hope this saves you from experiencing this.

Would give a 0 if I could. I live about 5 minutes away so this place is convenient. Never again will I go back i have had them do every service and they have been messed up. Just today I got my nails removed because I thought how could they mess that up right... they can. My acrylic is still on my nail and when I told her she said barely I said not barely and she soaked them again and told me to leave when I take it off. I had called my mom because she hated it up there as well bitching about their service and how shitty it is. This is when she decided to do something about it. I'm not one to leave a complaint but I will be driving 20 minutes somewhere else and will never be going back. Keep in mind I also had a appointment and 4 people without appointments came in that's why she couldn't finish my nails. Lazy people and overall a shitty ass place.

Felt rushed and I had an appointment. After pedicure (which was very rushed) my toe polish got speared (because of him) and the guy yelled at me. Will not go back.Services: Gel manicures

HORRIBLE!!!! I got my nails painted (just painted, literally nothing else. They were bare nails that were already cut and filed and I strictly got my hands and toes just painted) and not only did they cut my finger open but then tried to charge me 73$. When I refused to pay this much because i did not receive a manicure or pedicure, the male nail tech screamed in my face. I mean screamed.i then paid because I just wanted to leave and after swiping my card he threw it in my face.

I would highly suggest not going to this salon for multiple reasons. The salon itself is not clean. The towel that they place under your hands had someone else's nails on them that they just shook off and reused the towel. None of the tools that were used were sterilized. The technician cut the skin on two of my fingers causing them to bleed. The dip manicure that I received took over an hour and a half and within one week they had already started chipping. Overall unsanitary salon with very poor quality service.Service: Manicure

Women don’t go here! My daughter had her nails done by a man that works there & he repeatedly turned his phone around so she could see her face on his FaceTime and he had several “friends” looking at her. When she uncomfortably asked why he was doing that , he stopped. When I brought it up with management they pretended to not understand & talk their way out of the situation.

I have been getting my nails done for years an I needed to get my nails filled for a event an my normal place was booked so I went here the lady who did my nails was rude an filed nails down to the shape she thought they should bean didn't listen when I asked her to stop an keep my nails the way I already had them also filed my nails so thin they keep breaking off I have never had trouble with my nails breaking off will not be go back to this place ever againService: Acrylic nails
