Rude and condescending clowns.

Witness some genuinely egregious and entitled behavior by a customer, which was met with patience and respect by the person working. I would use this post office anytime—pleasant and expedient service.

They should fire the customer service who can not smile, have nasty attitude, and cold like USPS Phoenix has.

Service so bad, they should ask these people to be in a film about how not to do customer service. We did not receive our mail for 3 days, so I brought a printed piece of paper with our address on it to hand to the clerk and say, we haven't been receiving our mail. As I told her that and handed her the piece of paper, she snapped, "I don't need your paper, I can hear your words." She did nothing to address why we hadn't received our mail for 3 days other than to point out that one of them had been a holiday. Totally unhelpful. The final time I went to this post office, before I quit entirely and started going to the Wight Avenue location, three of us were standing in line waiting and ringing the bell and saying Hello. Finally a voice from the back complained, "I'm comin", and made other remarks when she came out. She didn't seem to understand that she is getting paid to be there, while other people are taking time out of their day to come to the post office to do their business.Their attitude is that they are doing you a favor. This is the worst post office I've ever been to, and I would never go there again.

People are very ride at this location. Not sure why, but they are just rude. If only the managers of the area would do their job and make the correction.

They are so nasty here. Rude and condescending when you ask the simplest questions like: which tracking option is the cheapest? Been this way for decades. It would be nice if their training included manners and kindness. My local small town post office should be friendly. I drive to cockeysville where at least they smile sometimes and are at least respectful.

Mr. Raymond Lowe would not ship a package for me that the girl previously told me that she would when I put it in a box came back with it in a box it's only 25 inches and 12lbs. car fender, would stand on it's own and they wouldn't ship it after the girl said she would. Totally wasted my time and I will not be returning to this location this location has a reputation for being the worst one. Not a great town to be racist in.

I just left the post office. I asked the lady behind the counter to please make sure there was enough postage. I then asked if she had Christmas stamps. Yea. Was her reply. So rude. I told her I hope her day gets better and she should smile. Her reply, "you wouldn't be able to see it anyway" . REALLY? Management should do some customer service in-services.

This place does not show proper respect to customers. Showed up to fix mail forwarding, nobody was at the desk. After ringing the bell repeatedly a woman finally shows up and she was clearly bothered to have to help a customer. Not a pleasant experience, and the outside of the post office looks abandoned as they don't do any upkeep.

I went to the PO this morning in Phoenix. The lady behind the counter asked if i’d wait a minute while she started up her computer. Then she asked me what I needed and I told her I needed to make sure the postage I had on the envelope was enough to mail it. She told me it was wrong and tried weighing it to see what I needed to add for postage but couldn’t get a reading. She then went to the next computer and couldn’t get a reading there either. She then threw my envelope back at me and said she couldn’t get a reading on either one. No sorry, but you can try another time. She was rude. I’ve been in there numerous times and hadn’t been treated that way.

This place used to be wonderful. There was a lady named Sue who was always cheerful and ready to help with anything or answer any question. The woman who is there now has a bad attitude and is lacks customer service skills.

Awful. They are lazy and never answer the phone. Mail is sent and they steal it. Got this way after they brought in workers from the city during COVID-19

They do a much better job than the Hunt Valley location, but some of the employees could work on their attitude and customer service skills. They lost some of my company's mail. One of the employees was singing somewhat off-color rap lyrics while waiting on me the other day, which I found to be unprofessional.

This level of incompetence and indifference is beyond belief!! We put a 3 week hold on our mail before going out of town We received a confirmation email. When we returned the mail had been shoved into our mailbox until it was like a solid mass. The explanation was "oh, your carrier didn't get the hold order." Did he not think that there might be something wrong??? We are older. Why didn't he check to see if we had placed a hold order or to initiate a wellness check? We'd be dead by now. Someone should be fired over this!!!
