Had a good experience as far as getting taxes fone but I found out they moved. Trying to get in contact with them as far as my tax return the only number they have they we're not responding and went to their building an they were gone, no new address or number. I'm not sure how to contact them to use them again in the future or just to ask questions for right now

I was in a pinch and needed my taxes done. Was recommended by my brother and needed to give him a try. He has been patient with me and I with them due to the influx of taxes (during the stimulus global pandemic) so far so good. I see room for improvement but, hey it's tough during a pandemic for everybody. I'm sure they're on their way to being excellent. Right now, I give them good, very good.

I use to do my own taxes with TurboTax. It is more expensive up front to use A1 Taxperts but since they are so thorough after all of our deductions we come out way ahead. Thanks Rod for putting together a great team and service.
