My experience with the tellers here has always been great, and I’ve never had an issue with the ATMs. On occasion, the wait time has been a bit long, though they only have 1-2 tellers in there, so that’s to be expected on busy days. The issue is that there’s no way to bypass the lines if you can’t wait any longer because all the paths to the exit are lanes and if someone is at the front of each, you’re stuck. Though I’ve only experienced that issue once.

Atm machine took my card and they offer you horrible customer service here !!! Employees need better training, very rude. Wouldn’t recommend anyone here

They don't have their act together.A few weeks ago, I wanted to downsize a safety deposit box. They could not find the keys. Went last week to the bank and a hand written sign was on the door stating "we are temporarily closed, don't know when we will reopen. Try some other branch." I called the 800 number and they had no idea as to why. I next tried to do a wire transfer over the phone and after 2 hours they failed. Today, I was going to go to the local bank. Web page said they were open but when I called to schedule an appointment, the recorder said they were closed. The phone recorder said to go to webpage and schedule an appointment. I went to the web and attempted to schedule a meeting at the banh and the we replied that they are not accepting appointments at this time

Terrible branch. The tellers are rude, the line is always very long. However Bella Rahlis works there for business banking and she is always very helpful and nice. For all other banking needs do yourself a favor and go to another branch.

i have been trying to get through to this branch and the customer service line as well i've been on hold for 11 min and i'm on 2 different phones trying to get through this is ridiculous
