Latoya, is an awesome employee ! I went to the branch on Owens Mills, and I was turned away from cashing a check that was in my minor son‘s name who is two years old. I called the location on Pikesville and talked to this young lady, and she said I could come to her location I cash my check. This was my rent money. I truly appreciate this woman.

Worst bank out all of themI DONT RECOMMEND . It’s been 2 months now and I still don’t have a bank card.After I opened the account, I found out that this is a problem that this bank have.They just gave me a temporary card last week and said that is the same pin as the one I created when I tried to use the card it didn’t work it has been a problem after problem with this bank. I do not recommend anyone opening an account here. This has been the worst bank I’ve ever done business with.

Did a withdrawal which was $100 short . Tried calling this location more than 20 times no one ever answered the phone . I took off to come inside and called whole inside all the ringers were turned off and so asked a banker why no one was answering she looked at the phone and asked was that he calling . It literally took almost 2 months to resolve my issue .

The last few years have been rough with the transition to Truist but this team is doing their best! Karla is a fantastic banker, though I miss Brenda, Karla does an amazing job with what she's given. The branch is beautiful as well, and the new teller system seems to be much better and faster now that they've got the hang of it!

Always understaffed. Really long waiting time. Website dual authentication still not working properly. Tried to give feedback to the Pikesville branch manger and comments never went anywhere. He said someone would contact me, but months have done by without. Very disappointed in all services. They never answer their phones either when to call to ask a question. Drive through is just as problematic. .

Spent several hours of my day trying to do a simple wire transfer. Martha Labram /D29965. Is inexperienced to the point that I suggest bbt send her through training all over again. I asked what the fed # was and she replied “I don’t know” I handed her a paper that specifically gives simple steps and she sent the wire incorrectly. Inept is an understatement. Brenda was friendly and knowledgeable, it’s a shame she’s retiring and being replaced by professional useless people.

I went there 4/9/20 to deposit some money to pay some bills I had 2 hundred dollar bills the atm said please try again putting my money into and gave me back $100 bill .I re inserted the $100 bill and the atm screen said I only was depositing $100 I know I’m not crazy . The woman working there told me in short word she did not believe me by saying there system had no recollection of collecting $100 bills . I filed a claim with BB&T and still nothing. I just lost $100 trying to deal with my own bank and they act as if I was lying .My $100 wasn’t a whole lot of money but if your money isn’t secure at your own bank where can it be safe at ?

As a client from another branch, I did not expect the horrendous service I received. Kim called out "next in line". Myself and Family member proceeded to the window, I awaited a greeting that I guess I should not have expected. To make a long story short. The only words that was spoken to me by Kim was "you need to sign the check". No greeting, no salutations , no nothing and it seemed her attitude was off. Take a 15min break sis.
