So on Friday 2/9/23 I bought an arrangement about 3:45 pm they lady said it will be ready in 20 mins , so I decided to run some other errands that took about a hour, in addition to that the store employee called me yelling in my ear stating I thought you would be back in 10 mins I have to leave we are closing early , so I explained the website states you all close at 7pm, she called about 4:55pm. Her tone was ugly I already so I explained I’m 10 mins away then she rudely said if you not here in 10 mins I’m leaving which was rude and the it states they close at 7pm, and I went on to explain this for a funeral and I’m about to drop it off she still yelling like you said you be right back , now everyone knows you shouldn’t argue with a customer so I arrived at 5:05 pm ,that lady employee is very rude and she is going to scare customers away with her aggressive behavior . I will not be going back to this location at all the customer service is horrible . You only got a one star because a zero star not available get some better employees she makes this company look bad .?

I ordered for Father’s Day and it was delivered early and successfully! The driver even called me because my dad wasn’t home. I told him where to drop it, we let know he had done it and my dad got it when he got home. Thank you so much!

Wow! Was going to call in an order, but the reviews I read are horrible, as recently as 3 weeks and a month ago! What is delivered is messy with chocolate on the outside or, worse.Baltimore County or MarylandState Health Department should be contacted for MOLDY strawberries.This location should be shut down.Today is June 4, 2023.

Agree with the rest of these reviews on the customer service. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. I have used EA all over the country and have had exceptional experiences. Until this time. Delivery driver did not leave messages on either my (buyer) phone nor recipients phone. Did not answer when I called back, had to call twice. Talked to him 15 min after his attempt to call and was told too bad. It was a Sunday and he told me "we are closed now, it won't be delivered today" and then argued with me and was extremely rude. So much so, I had to hang up because he wouldn't let me speak. Got a call today from a manager/office staff to redeliver and was told they NEVER leave messages and do not send text messages either*. HORRIBLE way to do business. Will not use them again. Trying for delivery again today, will update if things get better/worse.*Was told they don't leave messages because it's the delivery driver's personal phone. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE! Their number is out there from the call anyway??

I spent close to $300 for Mother’s Day delivery. The presentation is horrible. Packages arrived with chocolate on them… Order was not cold. Looks like it’s been sitting out. Not sure of the taste yet hopefully that makes up for it. I will not purchase from this location again.

Absolute failure. Put order in roughly 2 weeks before valentines day. Order was to be delivered on 2/14 to a business approximately 8 minutes from this location. Mid morning on 2/14 the order tracker said it was out for delivery, and by 5:00 pm it still showed out for delivery. Checked on 2/15 and still showed out for delivery. I canceled order and they called in the afternoon on 2/15 to see if I still wanted the order.

The worst edible arrangement store ever! Please don’t ever shop here because they have the worst customer service and will claim to “deliver” your order, but really take it. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I placed an order at 3:45 and this store sent it to another location just for them to tell me it can not be delivered. Is there even anyone working? Because I’ve been calling for an hour and can’t get in touch with anyone. Never again will I place an order with this store! Please issue MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY

This place has horrible customer service and delivery service. I ordered an arrangement in the morning for delivery the same day for my anniversary. When I called an hour later to check the order, an associate informed me that my order was out and would be delivered shortly. Fast forward 3 hours later, no delivery, not able to reach the store, and the delivery destination will close soon. When you call the store you get the corporate office, who really cannot help you from a remote location. If I would have known the service at this location was this bad I would not have placed the order. Buyers beware, do not use this location, ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

READ ALL THE REVIEWSTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!After trying to resolve an issue, for 30 minutes, manager "Crystal" told me she was too busy, and was going to put me on hold and not return. and she did...If could put 0 stars I would. I can't believe this location even has 3 stars. I should have read the reviews!!I ordered a thank you gift to be delivered. I received an e-mail (not a phone call) mid-day stating delivery was uncessful. I called the number on the e-mail for redelivery request, but they were unable to contact the store, and opened a case for this order.2 days later, when the gift still had not been delivered, I had not heard anything in regards to my case, and I was unsuccessful in cancelling the order, my daughter drove to the store and picked it up.When I called to ask for a credit for the delivery fees. I was refused. Crystal went back and forth calling the driver, and putting me on hold. When I asked to speak the owner, I was told they were not there, and when I asked for their name, I was told that information could not be given to me.... why not?All I was asking for was credit for a service that I had not received. Good customer service would be to give the customer the credit, not argue about what the driver did or did not do.I have used edible arrangement deliveries before, and been very happy with my orders.I will be sure to NEVER to use the Old Court Rd., Pikesville, MD location ever again, and I would recommend all others be warned!

the absolute worst. they had a horrible attitude & were unwilling to help. they even lied & said that my order was "delivered..." never was delivered at all. close this piece of junk down & fire everyone...none of them should ever be hired by anyone else again.
