“Like many others, we had a great experience with Pandora Kitchens and Shaw in particular. He deserves 5-stars, for sure.

We wanted a premium quality update for 20 year-old kitchen, but had a tight budget. After getting some eye-popping bids from contractors that wanted to do everything or nothing, we decided to DIY it and hoped for the best. We looked at all the online, RTA and big box retailers but weren't happy with the combination of quality, price and guidance we found. Fortunately, we came to Kraftmaid Vantage, Pandora and Shaw. Shaw worked with us to DIY what we could and provided help (patiently) when we asked. He had great ideas, but also listened to our ideas. He gave great guidance on configuration, color and countertops. The cabinets were professionally delivered on time. We had one damaged item and the factory didn't cut the oven cabinet correctly. Shaw sorted the problems quickly without issue. We're very happy with Kraftmaid Vantage quality and finish - particularly for about the same cost as online brands and for less than lower quality Kraftmaid product from the big box stores. Shaw also provided guidance on the quartz counter tops and arraged for their installation. His contractors were polite, professional, on-time and did beautiful work. Again, for about the same cost as the box box stores.

While we aren't 100% finished (still need to install the range top in the island and some lighting), we are thrilled with the result. Thank you, Shaw. We'll be back when we do the laundry room.”

“We have been Gramophone customers since we built our house in 2004 when they were asked to wire our new house for Audio/video/internet and security. They also installed and have maintained /updated all electronic equipment through the years.
So, when we needed to redo our kitchen and finish a wine cellar, we looked to Gramophone Design Center for help.

From our very first meeting our experience with the Design and build Team has been outstanding. They made us feel very comfortable and listened carefully to what we were looking for.
Stephanie our designer very quickly captured our vision and drafted the outlay and look for our new kitchen that we just love. She also helped us choose the materials including cabinetry, hardware and flooring that matched exactly what we wanted.
The new space outlay is just perfect and much improved from our old kitchen (designed by the original house builder).

The demolition and construction crew did a superb job in making Stephanie’s and our vision a reality.
They are highly skilled craftsmen who paid meticulous attention to every detail of the construction process. This shows in the finished project.

The contractors Gramophone uses (plumbers, painters, tile installers, stone masons etc.) are highly skilled professional people who also provided excellent workmanship. We could tell that Gramophone selected them very carefully to make sure that they matched the high quality standards Gramophone brings to every build project.

We worked with Steve as project manager and Karl the on site point person. He is an outstanding craftsman, easy to work with, and a good communicator.

Nick, the CEO was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had and made sure they were quickly answered to our satisfaction.

We received weekly updates of what had been accomplished that week and what was scheduled for the following week. I found this very helpful to see how the project was progressing along and if there were any issues with delivery times of supplies or appliances.

The Wine Cellar project also was done by the same team and again they delivered exactly what we wanted. Stephanie again was the designer who captured our vision and brought it to fruition flawlessly. The demolition and construction team executed the project with the superb craftsmanship and attention to detail we saw in our kitchen. They made sure to always maintain the construction site clean/uncluttered at the end of the day.

I must say that both projects came in RIGHT on budget at completion, as it was quoted to us on one of our initial design meetings for the projects.
There were no “hidden costs” or “budget surprises” at completion.

We would HIGHLY recommend Gramophone for any build/remodel project you need done at your home. They are in our opinion, the best design/build company in the area.”

I purchased a bathroom vanity, Wyndham Collection WCF2929-60D-VCA-M58 with Carrara Cultured Marble Top. It only comes with one side splash but my project needs two. I didn’t want to errantly order the wrong item so I went directly to their customer service, online, and spoke to a representative. He looked at my order and provided me with a direct link to purchase the Avanity SUT22-SS in Carrara White. Upon arrival, discovered it was too dark and too thick in comparison to the Wyndham version. Called and spoke to another representative to process the return label, yet I am penalized and pay the shipping fees from their error? He also said his colleague would give me a call the following day after 2 pm to coordinate ordering the correct piece and that never occurred. Not to mention the time & cost of my contractor that was working the project, who’s now on hold until Ferguson can hold their inventory & customer service accountable.Very disappointed.”
