I went with my wife to get a medical test, and the receptionist at the front desk was very kind and attentive to our questions. However, the staff member who assisted us during the procedure was quite rude. She was a tall Black woman with straight, slightly reddish hair. She seemed visibly displeased with us. When I tried to ask her a few questions, she refused to respond and simply repeated, “Have a good day
I attempted to speak with the receptionist at the front desk, but the same staff member approached once again and firmly told me, “That’s all, have a good day.” I was taken aback by her behavior, as I was simply trying to clarify a few questions I had.

In the past, the service has been great. Recently, the staff is curt, sarcastic and condescending. I know that they are understaffed, but that is not the fault of the patients. LabCorp needs to do better.

This my second day coming to Lab corp, the first day the lady told me comeback because she was the only person there still working. I comeback the next day and the first thing I hear from one of the employees is “why are you are here” she said it in a joking matter. But still it’s unprofessional and it’s discouraged me from staying. Why would any one want to receive service from employees that hate their job

I can truly say that this was one of the best experience I ever had at a facility like this. I came in and was struggling with registering and before I could ask for help, the clerk came out and pleasantly directed me through the process. When it was my turn, I was helped by a lady (Yvonne or Vaughn), am not sure what I hear as she was wearing her mask but she was one of the nicest persons you could ever meet. When she strapped my arm and checked for my pulse, I was waiting to feel the needle as I always turn my head away when I have blood drawn because I don't like needles. As I wondered why she was talking so long and turned to see what she was doing, I observed that she had put away the vial of blood and was reaching for the gauze to bind the area. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE!!!! I had to compliment her as I always had problems with phlebotomists finding my veins. TEN STARS FOR (YVONNE/VAUGHN)

I've been coming here for over 8 years and never had a bad experience, whether during Covid or at any other time. I'm not self centered and entitled, so I don't mind the usually fairly short wait times (though during Covid there were a couple visits that had longer lines out the door. But they still moved through surprisingly fast). The staff has always been friendly, professional, and good at drawing blood (and I've traditionally been hard to draw from at other facilities, including hospitals). I've found that in busy businesses, regardless of type, a bit of courtesy and friendliness towards the staff goes a long ways. I've seen some pretty rude customers in there, and they're going to be having a bad time, regardless of how nice the staff is to people.

This was a horrible experience. Not only did it take 2 hours to get seen but in addition one of the tests was never doneI would not use this facility!!

I usually have a good experience here. However, I went the other day and Yvonne did not perform hand hygiene, just put her gloves on, put the needle and tube inside the vacutainer, proceeded to stick my son and after the needle was in his arm she lifted the needle up and it looked like it was gonna pop out his skin. She did not secure the vacutainer to make sure it didn't move when pushing the tube into the vacutainer. I was not happy with the tech but the wait time was great.

Their under staffed, waited over an hour to be seen. And it's very cold in there. Limited seating. Had to share chairs with others. Ridiculous!

I’ve been here twice both times staff focus was mainly on talking about co-workers and patients that came in. I couldn’t believe how this seemly older women would just sit and openly talk about people while others are waiting to be seen

Good experience, i was in and out rather quickly yesterday morning because i made an appointment.... The lab tech who waited on me was fast and pretty friendly... The office wasn't really busy either so that was another plus.... So i had a good experience at the Pikesville location. I would return here if i need more lab work done....? I also received one of my lab test results the very next day which was convenient so i appreciate that also.

I frequent this facility. The staff is always pleasant & professional. I'm a difficult stick & they are very good in accessing my vein (typically in my hand - ouch). I always let the Manager know of the good work that is provided at this location. I hope that this positive feedback gets to those that I compliment & that it is shared with those others in management positions. I never thought to write a review, but will do this from now on.Thanks for all that you do!
