My sales associate was Wayne. Having been to his competition, who was extremely aggressive and didn't listen to what we were looking for we walked out.We met with Wayne. Very nice. I told him what we were looking for. The first thing he did was "Listen". Showed us what we were looking for. He had my wife lay on the mattress for a few minutes. She liked it. He asked if he could show us another mattress of better quality and value. My wife loved it and so did I. For a few hundred dollars more. We got the better mattress. The difference in a few dollars was well worth it.Wayne was very professional and properly guided us to our needs. Not his pocket.Thank you Wayne!Barry

I ordered from Mattress Firm website; so most likely my purchases came from the warehouse. The online process was smooth and one of my orders was next day delivery. I love my purchases; the deliveries went smooth and on time. I was pleased with the whole process and my purchases. I definitely recommend.

I worked with Wayne in the store and found him to be both knowledgeable and pleasant—he really listened to what I was looking for and he showed me a number of mattresses. Ultimately I chose a Sealy Hybrid. Delivery was likewise a “10”. Oscar and helper were professional and respectful and made the entire experience a good one. ?

Jela was an excellent person to work with. I told her what I was looking to purchase and the price range as a gift for someone else. She was extremely helpful in recommending a mattress, that was a better quality than the one on display at a lower price. She was able to accommodate my delivery request. She made it very easy and comfortable for me to make this purchase. I would recommend her to anyone who needed to buy a bed in your store.

This was my second mattress set purchase from the Pikesville location. My salesperson, Ms. Kim, was welcoming, friendly and engaging. She answered all of my questions and was patient during my new bed search. I ended up choosing a SUPER comfy, medium firm Sealy mattress and the base that has the remote control to raise and lower the head & foot of the bed. I cant wait until its delivered! Customer service was TOP NOTCH! Ill be back!
