I scheduled an appt for this location for Sat. I arrived on time. The doors were locked, a light was on, and no one was at the desk. We waited about 20 minutes and still nothing. I will never go back to this location again.

Generally staff has always been professional, and helpful. My issue is the times listed on websites verses times showing closing at locations. This is the third time I’ve gone to multiple sites in a day only to find out each site is closed. If a place says closes at 3:30. The site is closed at three. Go to another site that’s closing at 3, it’s closing at 2:30. Drs should know what time the locations are closing and all websites should be updated. Today, I’ve gone from Northwest hospital to 1205 York road. York website 5 pm, the door said 4 pm, yet door was open, started to register, staff comes out to say sorry, we forgot to lock door. Time was 4:30. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. Recommend you call before you go.

It was a good visit. The young lady who drew my blood was friendly and professional. I shared with her the challenge of drawing my blood, and she listened, allowing me to avoid having to get stuck more than once. She further shared information regarding fasting for the type of blood work I needed. There weren't a lot of people at the time of my visit. Plenty of parking. I will definitely use this location in the future.

Poor Customer Service. The phlebotomist was foreign and there was a language barrier. She was not helpful and displayed an attitude of not wanting to be there or that she doesn’t like her job at all. Quest should hire people that can interact professionally with all kinds of people.

I have been going to this location for years had the same insurance, without any problems. on this visit the lady at the front counter was rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say my insurance for labs is %100 covered and she ask for my credit card just in case they don't get paid.
