Generally staff has always been professional, and helpful. My issue is the times listed on websites verses times showing closing at locations. This is the third time I’ve gone to multiple sites in a day only to find out each site is closed. If a place says closes at 3:30. The site is closed at three. Go to another site that’s closing at 3, it’s closing at 2:30. Drs should know what time the locations are closing and all websites should be updated. Today, I’ve gone from Northwest hospital to 1205 York road. York website 5 pm, the door said 4 pm, yet door was open, started to register, staff comes out to say sorry, we forgot to lock door. Time was 4:30. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. Recommend you call before you go.

It was a good visit. The young lady who drew my blood was friendly and professional. I shared with her the challenge of drawing my blood, and she listened, allowing me to avoid having to get stuck more than once. She further shared information regarding fasting for the type of blood work I needed. There weren't a lot of people at the time of my visit. Plenty of parking. I will definitely use this location in the future.

Poor Customer Service. The phlebotomist was foreign and there was a language barrier. She was not helpful and displayed an attitude of not wanting to be there or that she doesn’t like her job at all. Quest should hire people that can interact professionally with all kinds of people.

I have been going to this location for years had the same insurance, without any problems. on this visit the lady at the front counter was rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say my insurance for labs is %100 covered and she ask for my credit card just in case they don't get paid.

Tech was horrible just shoved the needle in my arm as needle was in my arm she was lifting up to make blood come out quicker… I get my blood drawn twice a year this never happens. Arm swollen

I was helped by Tiffany and Tish. They were both fast, efficient, and kind. Tish took my blood sample so effortlessly that I barely noticed the needle in my arm. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Can't wait to go back!

Staff was warm and friendly. I just walked in and was seen quickly. Most painless blood draw I have ever had. These ladies are great! I will be coming back for future bloodwork!

Everything seemed fine I had to get my blood drawn. I only had 4 vials taken, but seeing as I'm very anxious with bloodwork, the phlebotomist I had seemed very unsympathetic. Even though they "do these tests all day" she left a huge hematoma on my arm from a single needle stick that continues to worsen. It felt like she was fishing in my arm for a vein as if she really wasnt that experienced in finding the right spot without needing to do so. I wont be returning to this Quest location for anything else and I suggest you do the same seeing as they are everywhere. They were also late to open and I didnt get into my appointment until after the fact.

Horrible, just horrible. Never ever go to this lab for any kind of testing. The phlebotomist was rude, ignorant, unkind and unfriendly. She made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. Phlebotomist didn’t even know what test I was taking. She said you and your doctor should’ve known that. I told her I don’t like needles and she said “well it’s a damn needle so it’s going to hurt.” Never using Quest Diagnostics again. The phlebotomist in question was a Black middle aged female with eyeglasses and shoulder length hair. No one likes her that I’ve talked to.

The woman working there had no idea what she was doing. After she inserted the needle, she kept rotating it everywhere under my skin with a puzzled expression. It's been days and I still have a huge bruise. Too bad I didn't take her name so I could avoid her in the future. A medium-sized black woman with straightened shoulder-length hair. One of the worst phlebotomists I've ever met.

Friendly staff. Wait wasn't bad considering the waiting room was full when I showed up. Health screening was very quick, and the blood draw went smoothly (I hate getting blood drawn, but she was good).
