The phlebotomist was amazing!! I told her she was better than any phlebotomist I had at JH Hospital !!! I’ll go to the office in Pikesville every time and I’ll recommend them to everyone!!

My dissatisfaction is ALL about the building being locked on April 20, 2025 @8:00AM when I had a scheduled appointment. It is not about Allison Smith (phlebotomist), because she was outstanding. She was kind, professional and highly skilled.This was the 2nd time that I encountered a locked building. There was no way to get anyone's attention, the building intercom was useless, and the customer call center was equally difficult to use. If you schedule appointments for Sunday it is Quest's responsibility to make the site available!

My experience may be atypical, as it reflected an experience on a Sunday, March 16 2024 (apparently the same as a couple fellow reviewers). I needed labs for a pre-op physical, a nearby Quest had no Saturday appointments, and this Quest was supposedly open 7-11 AM Sunday (perhaps because there's a very large observant Jewish community, who are unable to do Saturdays, near this facility). I made the appointment for 8:20 and arrived a bit early (having walked 2.2 miles to get there, and when it was about to rain), only to find all the exterior doors to the office building locked. I phoned the building management company and started complaining as I was less than happy. Relatively soon after, a staffer did get the door to the building and to the interior Quest office open, though this was about 1 1/2 hours after Quest was supposed to be open for the day. Then they had to run through all the folks there for earlier appointments before they reached me. I had no issue or complaint with the pleasant and quick technician, but just wish the whole process could've been more timely, and it's clearly a truth in advertising issue when you claim you open at X hour but don't in reality open until X + 1.5 hours.

Dineen is the BOMB! The system was giving us a multitude of issues but she navigated it and handled it with a smile. Also, most people have a hard time finding my veins and I always am nervous when needles were involved. She found them right away and I felt no pain. Her calm, positive spirit really helped me feel at ease and I can tell she is more than innately gifted in what she does. I have never been happier leaving a bloodwork appointment. I highly recommend gifting her a bonus for her tireless efforts! She is truly blessed.

Staff doesn't show up for work on time. I had a 7:30am appointment this morning and arrived at 7:15. The building was locked and empty. I waited for an hour before I left and staff had still not arrived. The other people I waited with all had appointments between 7-8am and left without being seen. They are the only place open on Sundays in the area so there is no where else I can go today to get my labs done.

They are NOT open on Sundays. I came at 7am and sat outside till 8:30 thinking they were running late . I saw about 20 people come who had appointments and had to leave because they are not open . This is SUPER inconvenient. And hours on google should be changed IMMEDIATELY.

I was able to walk in for blood work and was seen right away. I’ve been going to this office for more than a decade and I love that it was recently renovated. Also the location is so convenient for me to get to from my home. Needless to say I’ve always had a great experience working with the phlebotomist here.

Janiyah was AMAZING! I’ve never had bloodwork where I didn’t even feel the needle and was done before I even realized she started drawing blood. Seriously, this girl needs a huge raise!!

It's easy to check in. Appointment times are accurate, and blood draws are simple and quick. Denine (I'm not sure how to spell her name) was a really nice and sensitive person! I've been here twice, and everyone has been nice :)

Easy check-in process, no wait early in the morning with an appointment. Dinnin, my phlebotomist, was clear with her instructions, fast, gentle & kind. If I could have all my blood draws with her in the future, I most definitely would. Thank you Dinnin!

The staff were extremely professional, polite and pleasant. With this atmosphere it helped to ease and apprehension. I would highly recommend this location.
