Took my 86 year old mother here for labwork she is in early stage dimensia. The lab technician name Denean was so professional and extra sensitive and compassionate too my mother. She did and outstanding job thank you again Denean. 1-23-24.

Just had a complete blood workup from Quest in Pikesville, MD. I can't believe how fast and organized it was! Marion (sp?) was the sweetest, warmest, friendliest tech you can ever meet. She took my blood so fast without a glitch. Great experience!

Don’t understand why you have to make appointment to drop off samples. I don’t know if it’s lack organization. Had wait behind everyone to just drop off sample. It took only 30 seconds to take my sample!!! Don’t go to this area. Not organized at all!!!People are late for work not on time! This is why they get backed up! Staff come late to work!

My blood was drawn by the phlebotomist in Rm #1 on 8/16 between 12 noon and 12:20pm. I am not happy about this experience at all.

The place is a hidden jewel. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ashley and she was efficient and professional. Whenever I need blood work done this is where I always go.

I was given a order by my doctor to receive testing done at quest and chose this one because it’s the closest in my area however, I had to go to the facility twice and both were a complete fail. The first time, I was informed that the lab would be closing in 30 minutes and that I could not receive my testing that day, at which I feel they should have a cut off time on the website for appointments to properly ensure that patients can be seen in a timely manner. Then the second time, the phlebotomist named Darlene that conducted my testing had a nasty attitude. This was my first time receiving the test but even I knew the approach that she took was odd. I politely asked her could I have someone in the area with me while I was having the procedure done and she responded “Why? Do you need someone to hold your hand?” As a pregnant woman I prefer to be accompanied while receiving care especially due to the fact for this specific test I had to fast hours prior. Then, I asked her if the glucose liquid she gave me was the right size because I was aware of what the usual one hour size looked like and she responded “Yup” very nonchalant, me thinking that my anxiety took over I trusted this tech and let her proceed anyway. I than received a call from her saying she gave me the wrong dosage and that my doctor informed her to stop the draw. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant, because of her I refuse to ever return to this facility for testing.

Only 1 staff when I went. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes after your appointment.The lady was unknowledgeable and gave me incorrect information about my COVID test. Because of her I ended up paying $150 to take a second test all because she told me WRONG information about turnaround times which wasn't true.

They only provide COVID testing for people who are traveling. Does not indicate that on the website when you schedule an appointment. They will not test you if you have had an exposure or are symptomatic.

they only had one plebotemist running the lab and she was working really hard but she can't possibly handle all of those patients and input their information. Waited an hour and only 2 patients were seen with a line out the door.Have to reschedule now
