I was surprised about the recent increase in the cost of my storage space subscription, which has doubled in price without any prior notification.
I was not informed in advance of this change by email, account notification, or any other form of communication. A price increase of this magnitude should be clearly communicated ahead of time so customers can make informed decisions about continuing or adjusting their subscription.

I rented from this place a couple years ago and yes I’m back , only because I’ve rented from other storage places before but this one , I would recommend this storage facility for a number of reasons but just to keep it short, the staff here are very friendly and professional and the place itself is always clean, if a problem ever arises, they will definitely take care of you!

I went to rent a storage locker, and left the place having made a new friend. Carol could not have been more helpful. She is the standard by which all employees should be judged.

BEWARE: This company lures you in with a reasonable introductory price for your storage unit, but when it’s time to renew your contract, they double the price. They don’t send an email notice. Instead, they mail a tiny postcard that looks like junk mail or an ad. Luckily, I happened to open it and discovered a 100% price increase.
When I called to address the issue, I was told someone would call me back and that they’d “work with me.” No one ever did. When I followed up, I was told they made a small adjustment of about $20—but it’s still more than $70 a month higher than what I was originally paying. Extremely disappointing and misleading.

Easy to deal with.
Carol Lawson was excellent, gave me a golf car rode trough facility. Showed me all the opportunities and we anded up signing lease for 2 unuits
