WOOW!! I lost my money clip, with absolutely no way of finding me. Someone could have easily drop this in thier pocket and no one would have ever known. I will send Mr Marcus a gift for his efforts in helping with my lost money, and then also for taking care of me at the UPS Store.

Dominick is amazing! Customer service provided was off the charts! He’s always professional and efficient. No matter how busy the store is he remains unflustered and focuses on each customer as though they’re the only ones in the store. He’s truly an asset to the UPS store team!

Didn’t ask for a name but the person working here on the morning of September 3rd (around 9:15 AM) is completely unhinged. I came in with an Amazon return where a piece of tape was loose. Instead of just slapping on a strip, they tried to extort me for $5 for a single piece of tape—otherwise I’d have to leave and come back. Are you out of your mind?!
This location is a disaster. The lines are always insane, it’s chronically understaffed, and the employees act like they’re doing you a favor just to exist. I only dragged myself back here because Amazon forced me to—otherwise, I avoid this place at all costs. There’s a reason FedEx gets my business.
This place is absolute chaos. Insane policies, rude staff, and zero customer service. Stay far away.

Do not come to this location! I have repeatedly come here over the years to drop off packages and only recently have they denied them, where they are accepted at other locations just fine, to then try and scam me into buying their overpriced packaging and tape. Completely unprofessional coming from their staff.

On Wednesday, July 2, I arrived at the UPS store in Pikesville between 5:30 PM and 6 PM to have a laptop shipped back to a temp assignment that abruptly ended last week. I was immediately greeted by both Dominic and Marcus. I explained that the people from my staffing agency were paying for the shipment via phone with a credit card. Then, Dominic began the whole process with me.
He was extremely attentive and professional from beginning to end. When he initially called the individual from the staffing agency, although I had already texted them a heads up, they did not answer. He was diligent in calling right back and attempting to secure the information from them.
I listened intently as he carefully walked them through, step-by-step, every aspect of the shipping process, including pricing information and verification of data. Although they were as DENSE as ever in their interactions, Dominic and I shared a very good laugh and conversation about it afterwards. I must admit it was one of the most hilarious UPS experiences I’ve ever had.
Thank you so much, Dominic, for your incredible display of customer service. Thank you, Marcus, for being a great team player and accommodating a number of customers while Dominic was handling matters with the individuals on the phone. Both of you are extraordinary professionals, and I would refer anyone to your store for their shipping needs. Thanks for all you do!
