They are never open during their business hours. There wasn't even a note on the door. Useless

My expectations coming here were already low, but today’s visit was simply absurd. I came in with a QR code to drop off a package. The place was empty, with three employees at their stations which left me pleasantly surpised. When I approached one of them, she directed me to the self-service kiosk, which was already occupied by someone mailing multiple boxes and typing in each address manually.
I returned and politely asked if one of the employees could assist me, only to be met with an unnecessarily aggressive response: “Are you suggesting we have nothing to do?” Which is deplorable and entirely uncalled for — especially toward a customer just asking for help.
On top of that, I’d like to know why the blue mailbox outside has been removed. It makes no sense to take away such a basic and essential service.

By far the worst post office I have ever seen. At least once a week they are closed for some random reason. Today, it was because (allegedly) there was a flood. How does a (alleged) flood hinder postal workers from helping people? Is the whole building flooded? (Answer: no) and why close the whole building? If the service counter is closed fine, but why not keep the building open to allow people to check their PO Boxes and use the self kiosk? Also they are slow on distributing mail. Overall, Baltimore has poor mail service, but for some reason it’s even worse here.

I gave it 5 stars because of the kiosk in the lobby. I can take care of all of my postal needs without having to talk to anyone with a bad attitude. My only problem is that there’s only one kiosk for the whole Pikesville area.

just moved in nearby, filled out change of address card and paid for mail key and i've waited for over 2 months. call and nobody answers, show up and sit in a line for 30 minutes just for them to tell you "we'll call you"
Called USPS Customer Service and they tell me to call the post office that has not picked up the phone.
I'm out $40 and STILL can't get my mail.

Open past noon every day including weekends. Sunday is sacred. Yes. But thank you for your convenience, service and all. Plus a kind lady outside helped me. She was really nice. And the parking is vast and easy. The location is ideal as there are many worthwhile nearby places to go. St Charles Catholic Church is right at the end of the block. Great. God bless.

An agent named Diamond, here is absolutely rude, unhelpful and seems annoyed when you ask for service. Every time my husband or I visit this office, and are “serviced” by Diamond she is extremely unprofessional. Recommend she is pulled from floor and provided with training and offered customer service pointers on how to interact with the public. The constituents in this neighborhood deserve better customer service.
