I. Absolutely hate this store. They never answer the phone. You go to pick up medication that was called in days ago for them to say it's not ready. The line is always long. Just Poor Service period

Shocking how this pharmacy can't even perform their basic functions in a timely manner. Do no count on this pharmacy to fill prescriptions for you if you are post-op. They had the prescription filed hours before my arrival after a family members surgery and made my family member wait for 2 hours for their critical post op medicine. They also hung up on me when I was waiting on hold to speak with their pharmacy. Do not support or use this pharmacy. Better options exist across the street at Giant and slightly further away at Wegmans.

The worse Pharmacy ever. Rite laid going out of business has made this even worse and slower service. The staff are rude abd have a attitude. The vaccine clinic is a joke. You schedule an appt and still wait in line 10minutes and another 25 before your called for your vaccine. Avoid this place and go to your doctor or urgent care. The scan arcade system doesn't properly work. I'll never come here again or refer anyone here. Look at the waiting area full of people and the lines is 7 people long. Truly heart breaking all these elderly individuals in line.

Worst customer service ever! No one ever answers the phone, and if they do they just immediately put you on hold without even saying hello and never pick it back up. Extremely frustrating to have to go to the store every time there’s an issue (there’s always an issue) and then go back again when they finally have your medication ready.

Came in for a vaccine appointment, wait was over an hour, after a long wait to check in. Then the system shut down, just barely got my shot as they closed it all down.

This has become my favorite location to receive prescriptions. The staff is always friendly and helpful (throughout the entire store). They never have a problem finding us in the system. We're always notified when prescriptions are ready & when we arrive, the prescriptions are actually there & ready for pickup. Great job! Keep up the good work.

Most reviews are negative and I certainly understand the reasons. However my experience is a bit different. Initially the pharmacy was getting errors on my prescriptions but has since resolved that issue. The staff are mostly the same Individuals who actually are very willing to answer your questions and help you. Many times older patients have issues with their medications but I have witnessed it's usually because the patient was missing specific information that the pharmacy staff didn't have. I appreciate the female staff and their hard work. I know men work there, too, I just always get the females when I pick up my Rxs and they are excellent.

I’ve been attempting to get my prescription transferred from here for three days now. They do not take my insurance and no matter how many times I call, my doctor calls, or my new pharmacy calls no one answers the phone.

Here I am at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Pikeville Maryland to pickup a prescription at 1:45pm but the pharmacy is closed I guess for lunch. I worked at Neighborcare Pharmacy for 20 years and we never closed completely for lunch but we had staggered lunch breaks so customers always have access to someone for access to their prescriptions. That makes sense. Apparently Walgreens doesn't use common sense but should. If a customer needs pain medicine or anti-nausea medicine ? they have to suffer plus be inconvenienced because ("CORPORATE EGGHEADS ") at Walgreens apparently didn't use good protocol practice that Neighborcare Pharmacy had when Walgreens bought them out. Sometimes corporate takeovers SUCK, and this is an example.

If you are diabetic, don't trust your life and medical needs with this pharmacy. The staff can't find your script, refuses to recognize your pre approved prescriptions, refuses to answer the phone and more.... Every transaction is filled with anxiety and frustration. No more... we are taking our business to a small family owned pharmacy with better service and a working phone number!

Nice staff in pharmacy. However, why don’t they answer the phones ever???? Like anytime of the day, the phone just repeats and wastes so much time it’s awful! I started going elsewhere.
