“So I forgot to put my unit number on my package. I tried to figure out how to fix it online and that was a horrible experience. I ended up calling the 800 number and he couldn't help me so he gave me the number to the local office. I called there and they answered almost instantly. I don't remember her name but she was amazing. I told her what happened and she went to the back to check and it was there. She told me I caught it just in time. It was about to be sent back. I asked her if she could just hold on to it and we would be there to pick it up, but she said she would make sure we got it even if she had to deliver it herself. I don't know who ended up delivering but we got it that day. I am supper satisfied with her service and thought she deserved to be recognized. Really wish I remembered her name though.”
