“Polite and accommodating. Got the job done. Went in for an oil change thinking it was 30 minutes. They were running late and I demanded up needing break pads. So total wait time 3 hours. I do have an extended service plan with this dealership and when checking out they didn't factor that in until I reminded them. So beware of the final invoice if you too have signed up for this plan.”

“Derek is my hero! We were on our way home from vacation and our tire just about fell off. We got stranded on the highway (family of 4). Strangers managed to get us on the road just enough to make it to Peninsula Auto Care. We were convinced the axel broke, pouring rain, and pretty much broke. Derek had everything fixed and we were back on the road in a couple hours! Didnt break the bank either. Come to find out, it wasn't the axel. Pretty simple fix. Thanks to Derek, the crew and God were all safe!!”
