We dropped our doe off here to get butchered with normal cuts. Their prices are good and they are quick. However, I am not pleased with How the quarter. I brought a big doe in and did not expect to get back as little as I did. Not only that, they processed 18 rolls of ground venison. They must have took half of the roasts and grounded them. And then they split the back straps into smallllll slices. Roasts came out to maybe a pound and a half when they should have been 3-4 pounds. Nice people, just not the best quartering for the meat.
