We bought a new 2025 Tundra from Jacob Johnson. What a great experience, dealing with him and the dealership. We had a trade which is always a challenge but they worked hard to give us what we wanted for the trade and the pricing on the new truck. Jacob walked us through the process and at no point put any pressure on us. I would highly recommend Jacob, Clarence and Eric the GM to do business with.

**Excellent Service and Honest Dealings at Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke**
I recently purchased a vehicle and had an outstanding experience with Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke. Initially, I was dealing with another local dealership because it seemed to make sense geographically. However, the deal started to feel fishy, and I sensed they were trying to take advantage of me. That prompted me to reach out to Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke, and I’m so glad I did.
From the very beginning, the team treated me with respect and made me feel that my business truly mattered. The entire process was straightforward and transparent. All the paperwork and numbers were clearly explained, and each representative ensured I fully understood what I was getting.
Although they didn’t have the vehicle I initially wanted on the lot, they assured me they would find one quickly. True to their word, less than 48 hours later, they located the perfect vehicle for me. The price was exactly as advertised, and there were no hidden fees or unnecessary extras — unlike my previous experience with the other dealership.
Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, I was able to take my new vehicle on a road trip within just 72 hours of starting the process. Moving forward, I will definitely choose Hertrich dealerships for any future vehicle purchases. Highly recommended!

My first time taking my dad's vehicle there because he always used them. Great service and they are generally very helpful, my service administrator guy though was not a very warm or friendly man, but he did his job very well and got me in and out in an extremely efficient manner which I was grateful for but definitely the guy could have been a little friendlier. I will debate whether to return because I prefer that whoever is dealing with the public ...well it's just good business. Also if he had been friendlier he would have found out I was in the market to trade in that car because my dad had passed away, and i was going to go look at what they had in the showroom, but because this guy was so gruff and uncommunicative l, I decided no way. So I Sat and waited instead. The important thing is they did a fast and great job on my dad's car, the bad news is , that guy definitely made me not want to return. I like good service but also friendly.

Let me start with my engine light came on. And I found out from another dealership that it was this part. coolant bypass valve Making the engine light come on and thousands of people are going through this with 2020 Rav And it should be a recall. This part cost $160 And the dealership wants to charge me $1000 Argued with me about my warranty Even though I have a platinum warranty Miss deb inn serv Service Dep department is very rude and does not know how to communicate. I also had a problem with Brooke She answers the phones and likes to hang up on customers So I went to the supervisor and he said what do you want me to do? Mind you, they eventually got an approval through Toyota warranty but Kept rerunning it through Toyota because of mileage dis Dealership that I bought the Toyota off of. Certified vehicle I’m warranted until 118,000 miles and currently only have 73.000. I would highly suggest not using this place because it looks like they’re trying to make money off veterans and their families they are very rude they even stopped answering the phone while they have possession of my car so I would say drive extra and go somewhere else. They are very unprofessional and even try to sell me a car when I went to pick up my car after being so rude

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Tonazja Taylor on the purchase of a new Toyota Tundra. She was quick to greet us even though we weren't buying that moment. Her and the general manager, Dana, worked quickly to earn our business! Great experience through the whole process. No time wasted and they are eager to do business with you.

Many say old school, good, customer service just doesn't exist in this country anymore. Hertrich Toyota, however, is in an absolute time machine.
From salesman Jaron to his manager Clarence the team focused primarily on my needs. I honestly felt sad to leave. Finance manager was equally kind. Offered discounted warranty plans, had some good insight on my vehicle. The price did end up being exactly what we had negotiated days earlier. I got my dream car and they were a huge part of me reaching this goal.
Thanks to everyone at Hertrich. Your neighborly spirit is what more dealerships need. Keep it up. It's working.
