We brought our camper out to Ken after waiting months at a local RV dealership, everyone around us is booked out for at least 6 months. We did have to wait a few months for our warranty repair, but they handled everything for us! Since we were there we had him do a pre-season inspection and found a few other things wrong, which included some roof repairs, re-venting our fridge, replacing our AC's with ones that had heat pumps, got us winterized, and he is now storing it for the season! Every thing that was quoted/repaired on our Keystone camper was a fraction of the price of where we typically go. Thanks so much to Ken and his crew!

I was having a few issues with my house batteries not charging so I made a quick stop. The staff here are amazing and go to great lengths to solve your issues. If they can repair or supply the part necessary then they will direct you to who can or what needs to be replaced. He noticed my awning arms were not aligned and my awning motor wouldn't push it not. Not only did he jump on the roof and "how wire" the motor to push it out he also re-aligned the awning so the arms would retract to the proper position. He tested the motor, relay and buttons to see if that fixed the issue. He also tested the batteries and alternator current. He did all this and didn't want to take any payment for his services. This fix back home would of cost me a lot more. GREAT EXPERIENCE & GREAT STAFF! Thank you again!

I was unable to get any work performed. After the initial contact via calls, text, and emails I was ghosted. I cannot speak to the work, however I can speak to poor communication and lack of response. I had a preliminary quote and was promised a follow-up quote that never arrived. Based on the preliminary quote it was going to be higher than what I was actually charged by the competition. I try to use the smaller self owned shops. It did not work out in this case. If the reason was they didn't want to do the job, then say so. I have no problem hearing that and I would have understood. I suggest calling around, there are options.

Ken is extremely knowledgeable, we have not ran into a problem with our canper that he couldn't repair! We greatly appreciate Ken and his workers for being fair priced and able to come to our campsite to get our slides working.

Our refrigerator stopped working , Ken and his staff worked with the warranty company, and had Wayne and Wes here to make the necessary repairs, both were very knowledgeable and great to work with. It was extremely hot and they never complained. Kuddos to those guys.

I called so many RV places, a few actually referred these guys! We were expecting to pay more after being overcharged from another repair to our class a motor home! They came to us, then had us come to their shop to finish the replacement of our slide motor, and even found other repairs that were needed. We're back on the road after a few hours. We appreciate yalls honesty and hard work!

Last week, during real feel temperatures of 106F, our air conditioner began malfunctioning by dripping water inside our motorhome. I called Ken-Do's at 8:30 AM and was greeted by concern and courtesy. At 1:30 AM, Ken himself appeared at our campground and spent approximately 1-1/2 hours reconfiguring the OEM name brand unit on the inside of the coach, then removing the the unit cover on the outside and clearing weep holes and drain pan. He is quite knowledgeable and charges a very fair price for his service. Ken - thank you for your immediate response and saving the next few days for us. As an engineer myself, I appreciated the care and detail Ken employed and would highly recommend Ken-Do's for any mobile service you may require if you are in the Cape Charles area.

I called with an issue with my fridge in my camper. The receptionist was very nice and said she would get a tech out as soon as possible. Within a couple hours I had a very professional tech come out, fix my issue, and helped me understand what the issue was. I was extremely pleased with their service.

ASOLUTELY WORST RV EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!I dropped my camper off to Ken- Do's on 4/29/23. I always go camping the last week in July. I was not exactly sure what the issue was with the septic system but at the end of my last year camping trip there was an awful smell--also side note-- the bathroom is only used maybe in the middle of the night and only for #1. The tank was no where near full--so I knew it needed to be checked. I started calling Ken- Do's about 3 weeks after I dropped it off to allow time for an estimate. I was always told oh the estimate has not been completed yet, he has been out of town on emergency repairs--always some issue of why the estimate was not completed yet. I called once a week in June and always still told the same old lame excuse. At the beginning of July I called and I explained I NEEDED my camper repaired by the 22nd of July as we were going camping. I finally actually spoke with Ken who explained that the only issue was the valve on the outside of my grey water unit needed to be replaced. He advised he would order the part on Monday--it should be there friday and would take maybe an hour to repair. I was actually so happy that it was a simple issue. Well another 2 weeks goes by and no word from Ken- Do's. So I start calling the Monday before we were to leave to go camping--Its being worked on, it will be ready by friday. I called EVERY SINGLE DAY from July 17th to July 21st and was advised EVERY single day it would be ready by friday so my father in law could pick it up for me on friday. On Thursday when I called the woman I spoke with advised that the new septic tank has not arrived yet--I said what are you talking about--Ken told me it was a valve--I will call you back--She called back and advised I was correct and it would definitely be completed on friday. I called friday morning and it will be completed by 3. I ask for the bill so I could pay her over the phone-- I will need to call you back-- no call back- Then I called back to say my father in law will need to come Saturday morning-- No problem--we are open until 1. I call sat morning so I can pay my bill--I am advised that the camper will NOT be ready until Tuesday.. Um what? I called EVERY single day this week--Then I can hear the woman speaking with Ken--after I question that I called on friday and was assured it was ready--who says I don't know what to tell her she talked to an fuc*ing idiot yesterday! He then asked where I was camping and said he would come to the campground--which was Assateague state park on Tuesday to repair it there. My father in law gets there to pick up the camper and they tell him the part did come in and hes repairing it now. Great! Then 2 hrs later my father in calls back and says it was the wrong part. Guess what! No call, no Ken to repair my camper on that tuesday! So basically my camper sat there for 3 months and did NOT get repaired. I have never had such bad customer service. DO NOT GO TO KEN DO'S FOR RV REPAIRS!!!!!!!!!!

Ken arrived on time and did a great job in fixing an rv slide that was not working properly. I highly recommend his services to fix RV issues. Great overall experience.

Very disappointed I really was looking forward to having a job there but wasn't being trained so they let me go because they said that the woman made up but I was told they were looking for someone to take over the position due to their daughter being sick . It's very confusing I was doing cleaning and taking out trash but I guess I wasn't supposed to do that either. I went today to pick up my paycheck his daughter was very nice to me so I think I didn't get the position because Jessica decided to stay but maybe they will give me a chance if she changes her mind in the future or if other things happen. He has been very helpful to me the last few days and I appreciate it I'm going through a rough time with finding a job. Thanks for giving me a chance and I hope everything works out.

Got to our camping destination on Sunday to find out our battery was not charging when plugged in to power. We even tried changing the fuses on the converter, but still nothing. Called Ken-Do's on Monday AM, spoke to a wonderful girl in the office. She took down all our info and said she would call back with a time for that day. About 12-1:00 she called and said he would be here about 5-6. About 5:15 he pulled up, quickly got to replace the converter and in half an hour we had AC!! Prompt, courteous, and reasonable service. Now we are " Happy Campers"! Thank you Ken- Do and your staff. God Bless❤️

We had a leaf spring bracket break on our tri-axle 5th wheel in FL and an _attempted_ repair made by an individual in Jacksonville. When we reached Cape St. Charles KOA in VA the bracket was broken again. We found Ken-Do's RV Repair Service online, plus they were highly recommend by the KOA staff. Ken and his welder showed up with a replacement bracket and Grade 8 bolt. He completely explained the procedure to fix and after grinding the old bracket down to the frame the newer heavier duty bracket was installed. We made it back New Hampshire and I inspected the repair and it is solid. Ken is a straight shooter and a patriot. I am completely satisfied with his service. I travel to FL from NH for the winter and if I have any issues with my camper in the future, (and can make it to VA with camper issue), I will schedule the work with him. I enjoyed our conversation while his welder professionally performed the work, plus he was also very pleasant. If you're in the southern VA area on the coast, Ken-Do's RV will do you right. I love this company and the people there. They have gone above and beyond to help with my RV issues. They responded with great customer service and were there quickly. I would recommend them for any repairs you need.
