My wife and I Ordered rib eyes steak medium well and it came out so tough I could barely cut it with the knife more or less chew it.they replaced both with new ones and they were good not the best but good. The cashier didn't know how to put in the 25 dollar coupon I had received so the manager tried but was unsuccessful as well. Idk but .....Parking: Lots of places to parkWheelchair accessibility: Noted wide doors and isles for a wheel chair

Friendly staff. Slow night but our food took so long our drinks needed refilled before appetizers came out. Then our food took longer than that! . We ordered simple meals. The food was decent.Parking: Plenty of parking many ♿ spots as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to get in. Bathroom did have a ♿ stall that was a little tight but in my travel power chair is was enough room.

The salad bar was bare and several things empty. Burger was very greasy and hard to eat. The service was the saving grace, she was very good!

Third time giving Ruby Tuesday of Pocomoke a chance, third time utterly disappointed. My wife and I were hoping to have a decent dinner out, together. We seldom get the opportunity. The parking lot was practically empty. Patrons we're entering as we walked to the doors. When we entered, we saw at least a dozen tables empty. Two waitresses brushed past us without acknowledging us waiting to be seated. Not even a "welcome to ruby Tuesdays". After several minutes standing in front of the entrance, someone came from the back and told us they couldn't seat us at one of the many empty tables and that there would be an hour or longer wait.Either the staff is lazy or incompetent.I don't recommend if you're looking for a joyful meal. Perhaps if you're looking for a loud dive bar, this may be a fit.

Parking: Used to love salad bar but it has definitely gone downhill with limited options... And you can barely reach anything with glass barrier.... Kind of a huge disappointment

The food wasn't good. I ordered the new deconstructed beef kabob. They couldn't make it because the beef was frozen. I was offered chicken. It was ok buy not for the price, and didn'tlook grilled like in the picture. My daughter ordered a burger and fries, fries were soggy and we sent them back. The food took a long time to come, and portions were small.

Update received a phone call from the store manager and they are going to make things right. I'm sure I will have a better experience. Thank you for being so fast to respond.I went to dinner 01/27/24 excited because I thought I was going to get a good meal at a good price. My idea didn't work. I lost my husband three weeks ago my job a month ago so I have to be careful with money. I asked two servers if the coupon I had would work they said yes. So a 6oz ribeye steak for 9.99 was a great price. Ate my dinner asked the server for a box it was starting to get dark and I don't see well when it comes so I was trying to hurry because I live 30 away. the server disappeared for over 15-20 minutes I asked another person to get her please. Still waiting 5 minutes later I walked up to the bar and she finally came out with no box. Then she went to get a box and the bill. She showed me the bill for 14.19 I gave her a 50.00 . Then I was waiting again she came out but was talking to a party that was drinking. She gave me my change 23.00 and I questioned her. She told me my bill was actually 27.00 dollars and I argue with her and she insisted I figured I'd read it wrong.went outside and realize she gave me the wrong bill and wrong change.she goes to the back of the bar talked to what looks like a manager and comes back with 9.00 I give her a 5 tip of course I'm rushing because it's now dark out.im running through the numbers going home and realized when I calculated she screwed me and ended up with a 16.81 tip because I had 24.00 change after I gave her the five. Lesson learned.will stay away if I don't get return call from corporate. Be careful

The food was great, the salad bar was wonderful everything was fresh and full of flavor. Emaya was my server & she provided excellent customer service kept a smile on her face & did her best to make our experience great. Definitely going back soon.Kid-friendliness: Emaya provided a high chair & booster seat for both of my daughters & provided both with their own plastic cups with lids & straws ?

We were first to arrive when the restaurant was opening at 11:00 am. We requested a "window booth." But instead the hostess said we had to take a small table in the back. Now mind you, there were no other customers in the entire restaurant. After we insisted we either be moved or would leave, she allowed us to sit at a window booth. We both ordered their "Honey Glazed Salmon Bowl." It tasted fine and we ate most of it. By the time we got home, about a half-hour later, we were both sick and barely made it to the bathroom. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.......AS FOR ME, NEVER AGAIN!!
