Went here the other day and they were out of milk and gave us our food but forgot drinks. The person seemed annoyed but I thought maybe they were having a bad day. Went again just now to order breakfast for 6 people in the drive thru and after we placed the order the person said through the speaker "ooohhh the kitchen is going to be mad about this one".

I do love Dunkin', but this particular location has got to be the worst one out there. I've been coming here since it has opened. things have no changed at all since day one. the service is extremely slow, they did not know who was taking orders and we're just clueless as to anything going on in the drive thru. the person taking orders was not taking responsibility for getting orders fulfilled at all. items are missing and the coffee is cold on numerous occasions. I'm very disappointed and will no longer spend my money or time at this location.

They don’t know anything about the menu. Had no idea what a Oreo mega stuf cone BBC was. No hot fudge. No special waffle cones. And they didn’t care

this is the worst Dunkin location I've ever been to the 90% of the staff has a bad attitude the coffee tastes like it's been sitting on the counter since 6AM the only good crew here is the evening shift..... do yourself a favor take the extra hour out of your day and go to the hyattsville or Germantown location I promise you'll be less frustrated

Okay, so I love supporting our local businesses, because we need more quality offerings (such as Locals Farm Market, the New Bassett's owners and Tony's delicious BBQ, but I will never ever stop by Dunkin's in Poolesville ever again. (BTW I would give less than one star, but it won't let me.) Since it opened I have tried to buy from them (coffee, Ice cream, donuts) and I mean try! I've Been there too many times where (between 7:00 -8:00 am before I play golf) and I get " sorry we are out of donuts", or "sorry we don't have any coffee for a bit because we haven't had time to brew", or "we are out of vanilla ice cream". So I drive over to McDonald's. The final straw for me was today..... I had a mid-afternoon sweet tooth and wanted a hot fudge sundae and as I pulled up, not a friendly hello or how may I help you, just a "yes". I asked for a Hot Fudge Sundae and as I was about to specify the ice cream when she blurted out "we don't have hot fudge" and silence. Not an apology not anything. So I left and will never give them another shot. Clearly there is something amiss with this franchisee because all these issues have happened multiple times over multiple years. I know some might say, come in it's a tough labor market, but I tell you that the other service businesses in town never have this volume of issues. I know this is a first world issue, but it does make my sweet tooth sad.

Quite possibly the slowest DD out there. Not to mention there is one employee who is equally unfriendly. DD corporate - I am not sure what is the deal with this newly constructed DD, but please don't let this store me tarnished by the way they fill orders.

the amount of racism and homophobia i experienced today at my local dunkin' donuts was unimaginable. my friend ordered a jelly donut, but the worker gave the very last one to the white girl who ordered AFTER us. they were also out of refreshers and gave me coffee with hardly any crème and sugar like how i asked all because i have harry styles as my wallpaper and i'm madly in love with Dianna Agron? homophobia at its finest if you ask me. not to mention as soon as i got home, which was about a 5 minute walk, my coffee was straight up water down. nearly a 30 minute wait for 3 donuts and a coffee, and didn't even receive what we originally ordered. apple fritter however, a massive 10/10. would wait another 30 minutes for that b**** any day. overall, very disappointed with the outcome. i would not recommend this service to anyone.

We have had ongoing problems at the Dunkin Doughnuts drive thru in Poolesville, Md.. We never knew if we would get our entire order, partial order or what we ordered. We also never knew what price we would be charged at drive thru window. We left twice without our order after arguing with person at window about overcharging. I called Dunkin customer service about the problems. They took a report on problems and assured us the manager would call us within two days. That was a month ago. No call. Also, as someone else noted, there is one female worker who is extremely rude. We have decided it's not worth the aggravation and will not be returning to this Dunkin Doughnut.

I usually don't have a problem with the staff here. Most of the staff is very friendly, but lately, I've noticed a cashier with very poor manners. Her attitude is very poor and customer service skills need improvement. Again I've never had a problem with any other staff at this location. She is very rude and made my experience poor.

I sometimes pick up breakfast sandwiches for the family and a coffee for myself. This place always seems to be struggling...and I don't mean business wise. I mean, the workers seem to be struggling. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru, I still have to repeat my order when I get to the window. This morning was the last time, however. I won't be going back. I'm the only car in line and it still took ten minutes to get my order (with a line of cars backing up behind me). Get the sandwiches home and the croissants were burnt, the bacon on the egg/bagel sandwich was practically raw, and there was a good inch and a half gap between my coffee and the lip of the cup (guess they're saving money). This isn't worth it. McDonalds is right next door! Look, I know food service, especially fast food service, is a crappy job. I get that. Been there. But this place isn't so busy that they can't be bothered to do a good job. But note to the owner/manager: Keep this up and you'll see your business steadily declining. There's too much competition out there. Even in Poolesville. Maybe pay a little more and get some quality workers.

I have Frequented Dunkin' for the best part of 40 years am very impressed with Staff and Owner . I get Ice Coffee everyday year round and notice the difference immediately when the strength is off and gets weak . I left Dunks in Darnestown for this reason . This has suddenly happened the Coffee has fallen off a Cliff I hope they correct this issue quickly. The idea of spending 4.00 bucks on colored water with no taste

The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating, which is a huge plus for sure. The service is generally pretty quick during the mornings but can slow a bit during lunch rush and the early afternoon, though it does seem like they are a bit understaffed still as they opened pretty recently. The atmosphere is very inviting, and is great for getting some work done or hanging out with friends. Facility is very clean. Excellent Dunkin Donuts
