“I had the opportunity to visit this store today looking for a bottle of Jerez and the cashier Ms Ada was super helpful, she also took the time to look on internet to find this type of product after realized the Jerez is a type of Spanish brandy , they didn’t have there but she suggested other brand of brand and it worked so nice my guesses love it with the paella that e prepared, Ms Ada thanks ! I will come back to this store for sure. I did have 4 starts and not 5 because they didn’t have the Jererz.”
“A state store so yeah it's just a fixed price overpriced store. Helpful staff. Clean and well stocked with selections of bourbon. Some things on sale check the web site. Sales start every Tuesday I believe.”
“I just want to take time to show my appreciation to one of your employees, by the name of Morgan. If I'm not mistaken, she works in the prepared food section, where they make the sandwiches, wraps, etc . Morgan is not only observant, but she is also very assertive & takes initiative in assisting customers before they even have to ask. She personally helped me with a customer's doordash order request in such a professional manner & actually got it taken care of, after another employee (I won't name) declined for a reason I wasn't clear on.
From what I witnessed, Morgan exudes great leadership qualities which also exemplifies what a team player should illustrate. I acknowledge her contribution to your company, & hopefully she is also recognized highly by management. May the continuation of her efforts take her beyond far & gets her the rewards & prosperity that she rightfully deserves.”

We moved to Boyds a few months ago and this was my first time going into this Beer and Wine store and the customer service was absolutely satisfying. This will be my go to place for now on. “Pretty good Bourbon selection for a small state store. The place was clean and well lit, but not much in the way of customer service. But then again there seemed to only be one employee working while I was in the store.”

“Had an amazing interaction with Sandra at checkout who completely changed my opinion of shopping here. I deal with a lot of things that cause in-person shopping to feel super daunting but all of it went away just with the special way that Sandra seems to treat everyone. Not everyone has this and no it is not something you can learn from corporate-produced training videos. She is valuable and I truly hope she as seen as an important asset to this location and business.”

“This Harris Teeter is my favorite grocery store!
They have a great selection of fresh produce! I look very closely and examine it carefully. Occasionally, produce marked down on sale may not be as fresh, but most stores do that. I have to say the onions, potatoes, fresh herbs, almost all of their produce beats most comparable stores in freshness.
I am always greeted by friendly, helpful employees. They have a wonderful attitude and make the shopping experience very nice.
I have requested a few items to be stocked at this particular store. They now have everything I love to buy.
The discounts are excellent.
What I also love about this store is how clean it is inside, I usually see employees cleaning and surfaces, which makes this a really beautiful grocery store.”
