Genuinely the best barn I’ve ever been to! I love it here and the instructors are so nice, they have not only taught me how to ride, but also how to care for and love animals. This barn has been my second family and I love everyone there! All the horses are so sweet and amazing! I love this place and will never leave! I’m so happy to be here this place is definitely my happy place forNow and always!

Very kid friendly, has a really good group of clients, both kids and adults. The horses are very well taken care of. The facility is clean and cared for. Just a fun barn family.

Not super kid friendly (or safe) seeing as though the manager of the barn smokes 24/7 (including right in front of the kids, leaves cigarette butts everywhere). Supposed owner reminds everyone that she owns everything and regularly mistakes professionalism with blatant rudeness and condescension.

A great friendly barn. Has field and stall board. Very large turn out fields with plenty of grass. A really nice mix of boarders of all ages. Very kid friendly, from lessons, horse shows and summer camps, there's something for everyone.

This is a great barn for anyone wanting to take lessons, show, go to camp or just enjoy your horse. We have been riding here for almost 20 years and I can’t say enough good things about them.

This is genuinely one of the most poorly managed barns in the area. I used to compete here for the Inter-School Horse Show series and this barn alone made me decide to quit showing on my high school team for my senior year. The horses are not properly cared for at all. They do not have individually fitted tack- just a wall of saddles and girths. Riders are expected to just pick whatever saddle they want. This would cause sour horses and riders would constantly fall off due to improper tack. I’ve watched riders be bucked off of horses in pain, and I’ve even been on a horse that was outright aggressive. One show, a mare was in heat and when I went to go help a teammate get her ready, we discovered her stall had no shavings or mats (she was standing on concrete) and was splattered with blood. When we expressed our shock to staff, they rolled their eyes and said that she was allergic to their usual shavings. Even if you’re just boarding here and not using their school horses, I would be concerned about the quality of care your horse will receive.

This barn is in a beautiful location, but are poorly managed! The stalls are so dirty, and has almost nothing in them, how the horses sleep? The horses don't seems to be well taken care of, they're dirty, even at the show! People are nice thought, but it's just so sad to see their horses living in such condition. The show arena ground is not even at all, has bumps that needs to be fixed, otherwise is not safe to riders. I'm surprised to see they are even hosting shows, how do they get the permit and license from the county?! I would suggest county do an serious inspection and demand them to improve.

My Granddaughter has been riding at NFF for 2 years. She has had several trains and each was perfect at the stage of riding she was at. The same is true for their lesson horses. The trainer seems to k ow when it is time for my granddaughter to chain horses and sometimes even going back to one she has rode before. She is looking forward to riding in her 1st show this year.

I like my riding experience here. I bought my lessons through Groupon and had one lesson left unused because some changes. They still let me use it even after about 2 years! Thank you!

An outstanding facility. Superb instructors for novice to expert riders. I don’t board a horse here, but it seems like everyone cares for all the horses. NFF is set on a bucolic part of Montgomery County. One of the best stables at which I have had the pleasure of riding.
