After working a 14 hr shift overnight, I went to this post office this morning to send out a package . I needed a piece of packing tape to further secure the top as I had ran out of packing tape , asked the man where that was located , he replied that he had none ! I replied ok , could I use yours to put a piece on top so I can send it safely? He responded “No I can’t give you supplies !!”
I responded that I would buy a piece of his tape as I couldn’t send the package as is , he was so incredibly rude and gave no assistance at all !! He acted as though he was doing me a favor to even come out to the desk at all!! This man needs to be immediately reprimanded and educated on how to help customers when in need or find a job that doesn’t require common decency to others !!

Seems like every time I have a package that needs to be delivered, they never knock and let my family know they're there to sign the form to take the package OR they call me and complain about the package being too heavy or hard to deliver. I am now waiting on receiving my important tax forms because they decided to not notify anyone at the house that they needed someone to sign. So done with this post office.

Crazy that the other reviewer couldn’t get a money order. I called ahead to make sure and was informed that they would be able to help me. The staff that I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

Every time I walk across the street to get a money order they never have any 4 months now went there this morning man who waited on me said “haven’t had any since I started here “ that’s sad I always have to go to another post office.

This post office will update the delivery status as “ attempted delivery” but will have never tried. They have never delivered a package to my home and always has excuses as to why. Poor customer service and actually they lie on their official records by saying they attempt delivery when we would be sitting right at home and no one has even come by. Untrustworthy. We have to go to the free post office to collect mail and packages. Also routinely get other people’s mail even though it’s marked in the mailbox as clear what mail goes inside.

Never answer the phone, ALWAYS have trouble with my packages I get, when I go into get them most of the time there misplaced and I have to go back like 3x before getting them I have waited over a week before for them to find my package, never get pink slips to say I have a package, and they are so slow to update there informed delivery. I just wish I could change post office offices. Oh and this all happened before the pandemic so ppl can use that for an excuse
