This branch is the worst of them all. The staff is not trained well enough to help you and they are unprofessional. I always have to drive all the way to the rockville pike branch for help. It’s unacceptable.

The customer service is horrible! I wonder why they opened a branch here, They just don’t want to help at all. Any question you asked, they just tell you we don’t do it at branch, you call or you just do it on your computer.

A true nightmare. They only have one person at the desk. I waited 25 minutes in line with a broken foot and when it was my turn toPut a deposit the person behind the counter answered a call. Unreal. John at the cashier was so unprofessional that I left and didn’t make the deposit. Horrible experience.

Worst Capital One branch in the area. So difficult to get in and out of, hard to find the entrance to the lobby, ATMs are outdated and don't offer bill selection, and drive thrus are crazy narrow. They've been doing construction on the lot for a month now, but nothing has gotten better. And so weird that the entrance to the lobby is on the opposite side of the building from the parking, but there's no signs directing you where to go. Saw another guy and myself go to a dummy door facing Falls Rd that does not work and has no sign telling you to go around to another door. ATMs only give out $20. Every other Capital One has ATMs that offer bill selection. If you need to use a drive thru ATM, use the ones facing River Rd as the ones facing Falls are stupid narrow and hard to enter and exit. Go to Cabin John instead. No drive thru, but better parking, entrance and ATMs.

I can see why this branch has poor reviews. I go in person to make a withdrawal and the next day, I saw there was an additional cash withdrawal that was made to my account. It can't be fixed over the phone and I had to physically go again to fix their mistake. It it still isn't fixed yet- my money hasn't been returned to me. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDN'T WITHDRAW ADDITIONAL MONEY!!

I'm a longtime Capital One customer. The people at this branch were useless. Despite coming in to have some account assistance, they basically refused to help at the branch and said I have to do everything online. Worst customer service I've ever encountered at a bank. Seriously considering moving all of my accounts to another bank...

This branch is always slow, but there are bigger problems. One time I tried to withdraw from my bank account amount bigger than ATM would allow. My ATM card and pin went through with the teller, and the Indian teller in front all other customers would not let me withdraw my money. I told her it's very clear I am who I am, and she persistently refused. I am a minority and always kept six figures on my CapitalOne account. I don't think I deserve this kind of treatment and public embarrassment. I went up Shady Grove branch and got my money. Obviously I never stepped foot in this rotten branch ever again. I wrote it off as impolite teller, but now I believe I won't be treated as such had I not been a minority customer.

This is the epitome of the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. I'd like to give them Zero Stars but this app doesn't have that option. There is no resident manager and therefore the "inmates are running the asylum". They are rude, incompetent and do not care about their customers. They are understaffed and arrogant. I am leaving at the end of the month, pulling out significant funds and emptying my safe deposit box. Your money isn't safe. They make mistakes with accounts and addresses tied to them and don't give any explanation other than "don't worry". That is not sufficient. I could go on but don't want to waste any more time of them except to say - STAY AWAY!!!

Do not expect good service from their employee, John. His customer service skills are severely challenged. From opening a new account to seeking an explanation for his mistake, he could not have been less interested in making the customer (me) a priority.
