Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever received at any commercial lending institution, ever. Incompetent staff. Incapable of executing the most simple of tasks. Sad.

Chase is a great bank to open for a business. I just started my business and the consultant ensured I had everything I need. They have Consultants to listen to your ideas, webinars to help with item such as Business Plans, Branding, and business growth just to name a few. Staff is professional, friendly, and extremely courteous. Turns out I was so satisfied, I’ve decided to open a personal checking as well. The rewards cards were just what I was looking for!

Customer service keeps getting worse … All their helpful employees left. The branch is so small and wait is too long .

Today, I visited this branch to deposit a check and told the representative that the reason I was very clear with her that I depositing it in person is because I needed a PHYSICAL receipt for this particular deposit. The representative dissuaded me from depositing it in the branch (even though they were able to) and told me to deposit it in the machine and assured me I would get a paper receipt. Of course when I deposited it in the machine no physical receipt was provided due to COVID which she should have known. This was an extremely large check and now I have no physical receipt for it which will prove extremely inconvenient if something goes wrong. In the future this branch should just listen to the customers request and not give misinformation just to get rid of them.
