Service is a hit or miss. The last teller was a young man in training who knew nothing, was alone and had years of experience cultivating the wrong attitude. His advice was that I try everything from my computer as his system wasn’t working properly. I was leaving when I decided to not trust him. I went back and asked for a manager to review the situation. The system was fine. This is an example, but there are others I can draw from. The branch seems like it lacks leadership and operating standards. I have been trying to leave BofA to bring my business to Citi but they have not made it easy despite the fact that our savings earn ZERO at BofA.

If you want to ruin your day, swing by this branch! I opened up a business checking account here several months ago and continue to have issues. First time business owner here, so I needed guidance. But when the rep asked me whether I wanted a debit card I said no, not realizing that that action would prevent me from activating my account. (So why didn’t he tell me that??). He also opened up an account that charges a monthly $24 service analysis fee no matter what balance when he could have registered me with a streamlined account that waives the fee with a minimum balance. So when I switched my account I made an appointment only to wait 40 minutes for my turn. I have this feeling something else will be wrong with my account. But if that’s the case, I’ll go to a different branch.

The rep told me I didn't need a debit card for my business account but I definitely did in order to register my account. I wasted several hours doing this because at one point the debit card order I placed with them actually didn't go through. All of this was preventable. He did, however, help me through the registration part once I received my debit card.

Zero customer service, Online banks have higher savings rates and lower mortgage rates... local credit unions have better customer service... there is NO reason to bank at Citi.

Aisha was very knowledgeable and helpful. After waiting weeks for Citi to reply by email, 5 phone calls to customer service with no helpful answers, I was ready to give up, and made one last attempt by going in person. Aisha took care of everything within 15 minutes. Thank you!

I had a checking's in savings account open earlier this week I called so they can close both of the accounts completely. I had a balance of $2.24 in my checking's account while my savings was saying account closed via the app. I finally ended up withdrawing the $2.24 within the same week from my checking account. That same moment I see my savings account reopen and I was thinking it was just a glitch. Next day I see a balance of -$24.99 on my savings account and I only use to transfer money, never to make any purchases. I called customer service and their incompetence completely ruins any recommendation I have for the stupid foolish bank because I don't know where I got it interest of one penny they have charge my account. They reopen my account and and charge me for a monthly service of $25 but before I got the stupid interest payment of a stupid penny my account was already closed so why in the world would they reopen my account just to take money from me stealing scamming this bank is for the fools who don't notice their money is missing.

I had the worst experience with the route representative at this bank today cashier was so rude and had attitude and asking for nonsense questions !and asking me to write my phone number and Social Security on the sticky notes and hand it to her ???The only reason I was there to cash a check I have credit cards with the Citibank and I provide her with my driver license , and then I ask why do you need my Social Security she says well if you deposit the check in your account you don't have to go through this ??? That made me more upset because you don't know people situations and it is not her choice and it is not her place to tell me what I need to do!!!it was Asian lady blonde hair I believe her last name was Lou or lui .I was planning to open accounts with Citibank but after this bad experience never.
