The manager should be ashamed of the condition of the restaurant and restrooms. Filthy. The bathroom was filthy. I had to clean my own table and chairs with wipes and the wipe turned dark gray. Dirt. Floors dirty too.

For the avocado toast. We pay $1.3 extra to add on bacon is only for this few pieces. We ordered this in other stores before. Never been like this. I talk to the staff. They said this is how they do it and refuse to add more. Will never come back to this location again.

Ordered 2 dozen jelly donuts Fri for pickup Sun 1 pm. Only had 8 jelly donuts !!! Had to buy variety of the rest. Last time at this shop. Poorly run and no offer of a complimentary order for my disappointment. Bad. Obvious no qualified order system or management.

We ordered for an important kids event the day before. We ordered for delivery so it's routed to GrubHub. GrubHub confirmed the scheduled order. The next morning we received a message from GrubHub that the order was delayed. Soon after we were told the order was "cancelled by the restaurant because they were out of menu items". We called Dunkin and they said they never received the order. Hmmm! We asked if we could place the order and were transferred to someone else, presumably a manager. They said they didn't receive it, to call GrubHub and they hung up the phone!According to GrubHub the restaurant cancelled the order. This is rude and unprofessional behavior and extremely poor service. Not to mention, a group was very disappointed that the donut order never showed up.

If there was a competition for the worst Dunks on the East Coast, I’m sure this place would be a leading contender. They manage to either completely miss or screw up every order we place regardless if it’s in person or mobile. Once or twice is a fluke but it happens so often it almost seems intentional.The only reason we keep going back is because it’s the only Dunks near by.Just make sure you double check your order, especially any food order before you walk away!

Worst Dunkin. Used to be great. For awhile now they can’t get orders right, even when no one is in the store, they charge you for cups and extra creamer for box of Joe and give you no sweeteners. We use them a lot for school functions but now would rather pay more and forego donuts and just go to corner bakery. This franchise must be under newer ownership. It’s just awful. They even gave an iced coffee…. Without the coffee… just milk. Every time we go in there it’s something else

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years but today has me thinking of now going to another location. I placed a mobile order which went through, Maria the clerk who was working did not want to help me as she said the order did not show on her end, I showed her my mobile order number on my phone in the app she still refused to help me saying she cannot help me since it’s not her end, I then asked how can I get a refund since you won’t make the order she acted like she couldn’t hear me and began to ring up other customers so I decided to go through the app to speak to a dunk’n representative who ended up refunding the transaction as I was getting refunded her tone changed all of sudden she was willing to make the order that I had just got refunded, I told her never mind and that I would just order in the store again this time through the register. I’ve worked in retail for years and the service I received today was terrible she needs more training on how to at least troubleshoot issues instead brushing me off as a customer.

I am a regular customer at this Dunkin, and after today I certainly won’t be back! My drink was made incorrectly 3x and Abu offered terrible customer service. Instead of remaking my drink for me, he only offered a refund & had the audacity to say I was “being difficult.” Didn’t expect my visit to go like this, but there’s plenty of stores to go to! Not tripping over this one.

America runs on Dunkin'? Maybe that's why the country is such a disaster. We were excited to try the breakfast options here but everything was awful and they got 3/7 of our items wrong. Hot coffee instead of iced, no butter on a toasted bagel (who wants a dry bagel???). Thankfully our toddler didn't mind the stale bagel he got. Awful food, will literally never visit Dunkin' again.

This place is totally disorganized. Took like 20 mins to get a cup of coffee. Not very good customer service.
