Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of beautiful well for plants and trees. Very pleasant setting. They take care of you if you are not happy with your purchase. And not nearly as expensive as everyone makes it out to be.

Employees are awesome. Lots of education materials. Can't beat the location. Beautiful products that you won't find in a chain store. Some things are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Some things like soil correction are cheaper than big box stores!

Staff is friendly and quality of plants is consistently good. However, they sell a large number of invasive plants, and in their native plant section many of the plants are labeled something along the lines of the plant you are holding may or may not be native (could be a cultivar). In addition, we had them install about 20 different trees and other plants. I specifically asked for native. Most of the plants they installed were cultivars or Asian versions of the plants I wanted. When the person we dealt with first came to meet with us, he even tried to convince me Nandinas are native and not invasive. Nothing could be further from the truth which leads me to believe they are not very well educated about their plants or they are untruthful. When a few of the plants didn’t make it, we had to hound them for about 9 months to get them to honor the contract saying they will replace plants within the first 3 years.

Good Earth Garden Market is a wonderful garden center. Now that we are at the end of the warm autumn season, they have stocked up for the cool weather plants such as pansies and chrysanthemums. There are numerous shades go into your garden. (And don't forget the bulbs that go in in November.) We love the personal custom service and the time that the staff spends talking with us and answering any questions.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. For a small nursery they have a good selection. Their prices are a little high, but they are convenient. A big disappointment with when I bought some topsoil. The brand was "Mr. Garden" but it had a lot of mulch. Wood chips should not be in topsoil. Honestly, I felt a little ripped off and that soured my opinion of this place.

Workers who does the watering and taking care of the plants are very nice, however, the owner the guy he is always there I m assuming he runs the business VERY RUDE. The tone he uses when he answers the questions very not pleasing. I don’t much about gardening and I asked about organic mulch if he has any, the answer from the owner was “ first of all I don’t know what you asking, I never heard about organic mulch” with his rude tone!! , I felt like I was asking something not nice and made me guilty… I was explaining that I don’t know much about gardening, he was like if you looking for untreated mulch there second shelf left u can look there… and turned away and started doing his own thing! I looked and said thank you. He was like “Sure”, So that is it, I had to leave with very uncomfortable guilty feeling in me!

First of all, they have a very kind staff who would help you with selecting a custom landscape for your property. We purchased several of their plants in on September 29, 2022 at a 25% discount. They controlled the scheduling of the installation which ended up to be early December. The following year in May, it appeared that two of 11 plants died. At the time of the purchase, we were informed that the plants had a three year warranty at the time. When we returned for a warranty claim in May, we were instructed to speak with David who is the co-owner. To our surprise, he express that the warranty does not apply to any discounted plants. He stated that I should check my receipt and more specifically the website (on warranties for plants discounted at 25%). I checked my receipt and it stated '25%-50% SALES ITEMS VARY...SEE WEBSITE'. On their website it stated 'Sale Plant GuaranteeAll trees & shrubs purchased on sale are guaranteed for the remainder of the calendar year.' And being on a website that information can change from day-to-day. The receipt should clearly state the warranty for discounted plants. Since Good Earth install them for me in December, I had very little chance of claiming any warranty, if they were already dead at the time or died inside the 3 week holiday month. David offered to discount replacement plants at a 25% discount and another 'end of the year warranty'. Why would I do that since the delay installation provided an unreasonable amount of time to determine if the plants were even alive during the winter. I rather they just credit me for the dead plants OR replace them at their cost. I got neither since I am outside the warranty period. Safe to say I am not a happy customer.

I met with Tim regarding a landscaping project which I paid him $100. He never got back to me with a promised proposal. I left numerous messages at the garden center without a single call back. It's been over 5 weeks since I met with him and I still have not received the promises design or any contact.

Beautiful selection but unfortunately they do not honor the “guarantee” they advertise for pricey shrubs. I suggest going elsewhere.
