Kudos to Dorian, who truly exemplifies the meaning of customer service. I'm a frequent connoisseur of their delicious sub sandwiches. On two different occasions I encountered minor inconveniences at the deli counter. I mentioned it to Dorian and he quickly resolved the issues. He went above and beyond my expectations to make this customer happy. HT is fortunate to have him on the team!

If I could put zero stars I most definitely would. The employee in the floral department named Jocelyn was extremely rude. I had come in the day prior to do some groceries and place a balloon order (KEEP IN MIND I BROUGHT MY OWN BALLOONS AND WAS ONLY PAYING FOR THE HELIUM). The employee (Stacy) who helped me place the order was extremely nice and assured me that by paying in advance there would be no problem with picking up my balloons the next day. Fast forward to the next day of pick up I received a phone call asking if I had paid for the order. (Which I most definitely did. $270 FOR HELIUM! For the balloons I brought in NOT INCLUDING MY GROCERIES)
When we spoke on the phone she kept cutting me off and would say “Whatever ma’am”. & then I received a phone call from her a second time and this time she was accusing me of not paying my order, by this time I’m furious over balloons. OVER BALLOONS!
I was then contacted by a manager who was able to assist with the issue. He had promised the balloon order would be ready at 2pm with no issues.
When it was pick up time I had sent my mom to pick them up for me since by that point I was so stressed over balloons for my gender reveal. When my mom went to pick up the order Jocelyn was rude to my mother and still accusing us of nonpayment after the manager had told us we were good to go with no issues.
I will NEVER be returning to this store because of the treatment I received from Jocelyn.

Good sales. For the most part, nice employees. There are great ones and a couple of cranky ones. Sometimes parking is a pain but way better than the Giant down the street. Solid grocery store.

Extemely poor customer service. The cashier at self check at night shifts need to be trained how to talk to customers ans specially women. He made a complete scene when asked to scan the store card for my purchase. When he was confronted for exteremely rude behaviour, he started yelling and shouting and another cashier intervened to stop him. Other customers witnesing his initial behaviour came for support. Will not shop here anymore. HT really needs to put his staff in training for customer care. Very disappointing.
