I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). It is close by so simply call the shop if uncertain. I'm happy to recommend and will certainly be using their services again whenever needed.

I called Universal Electronics Inc. to fix the picture of my 65 inch Mitsubishi DLP TV . The technician Ali came in on the same day after I texted to him some images of my current TV pictures. Technician Ali changed the defected electronic chip for my tv for reasonable cost . He spent almost two hours with the installation of the new chip and did not leave till he made sure the TV was working in good condition. Good work and excellent professional tional service.

I had an issue with my Tv having odd red lines across the screen. I assume it's due to me watching TV all the time due to quarantine! I called up UEI, and they came within 2 days and fixed the part! It was cheaper and faster than going out and purchasing a brand new TV.

With my luck, my TV stopped working before the first playoff game! I wanted to watch my eagles beat the Seahawks to make an eventual return to the superbowl! However, I couldn't watch it happen...

After reading some of the reviews, I had some hope for getting my tv fixed. Ali was fast and gave me a call as soon as I submitted the ticket online. He said it would cost him $50 for him to come out and to look at the tv. He came and looked at the TV and said he had to take it back to the shop. Before he left I gave him the $50. I then had ask him if I had to pay anything else when he took the TV. He said if he wasn't able to fix the TV then there would be NO CHARGE. If he was able to fix the TV then of course I would pay something. He took the TV on a Friday and said he should have an answer by Monday. He didn't call nor text me about the TV over the weekend. I started to get worried because he said by Monday he'd have an update. I texted him on Monday to see if he was able to fix the TV or if it was a total loss. That's when he called me and said it was done for. Nothing he could do to get it fixed. At this point I just wanted to get the TV back and take it else where. He said he was going to let me know when he'd bring it back. I waited 2 days later and still heard nothing from him. It was Thursday (6 days later) when I texted him again to see when would I have an ETA for the arrival of the tv. I ended up getting my tv back that same Saturday. It took 8 days for the TV to come back when he told me he should have it fixed by Monday. I was very upset, and what got me more upset was when he came to drop it off, he was making comments about how he still should've charged me for just taking the TV from me and checking it out. I felt all types of mixed emotions. Cause I had asked him if there would be any extra charges when he came to pick up the TV. and he said WE DONT CHARGE IF WE DONT FIX THE TV. SO for him to make that comment when he dropped off the tv 8 days later, got me very mad. I shouldn't have used this company. It was a waste of $50 and time.
