I explained I had issues at another Nissan dealer for service, she reviewed the work I had done by them and without hesitation came up with a game plan, provided quotes and suggestions and took care of the issues and basic maintenance I had come in for. She kept me informed of my progress and consulted with me before doing any additional work. I had dealt with Claire before when I first had maintenance done on my then new Rogue and only tried another dealer out of logistical convenience. Never make that mistake again. I will return to Preston Nissan and hopefully always have the pleasure and professionalism of working with Claire.”

“I never would have guessed my family and I were going to be stranded at Wayside Body Shop in Denton, Maryland. But we were. I am currently writing this at 9pm, driving home from the beach with my family, with a tire freshly patched by the most amazing employee (I wish I knew his name but we didn't get a chance to exchange information). He went above and beyond to help us patch our quickly-deflating tire that was not going to last us our 80-mile journey back home, all on a Tuesday night way past his regular working hours. My family and I are so, so thankful for his kindness, compassion, and understanding and hope that he knows the impact he has made on us!”
“Claire in Service is just a sweetheart. She was always very kind & knowledgeable when I took my suv for servicing. My car was recently deemed a total loss & I mistakenly gave the addr of the srvc shop rather than bodyshop to have my vehicletowed to. Claire allowed me to keep my car there rather than have it towed right down the street and made sure my keys were given to the right folks when they came to inspect the car, she called to let me know when it was picked up. She went above her duties to help me & I truly appreciate her.”
