My car was recently deemed a total loss & I mistakenly gave the addr of the srvc shop rather than bodyshop to have my vehicletowed to. Claire allowed me to keep my car there rather than have it towed right down the street and made sure my keys were given to the right folks when they came to inspect the car, she called to let me know when it was picked up. She went above her duties to help me & I truly appreciate her.”

“Recently went up to Easton/St Michaels area for a family reunion. On Saturday, my alternator went out. I reached out to a local mobile mechanic who said he would do it, and instead of telling me he was just too busy or couldn't do it, proceed to jerk us around nearly 24 hours. Causing us to miss the family reunion. However, the one good thing the mobile mechanic did was give me the info to Clark's Auto Repair. Within 20 minutes of me calling he came out, looked at my van. On a SUNDAY! Loaded the van up took it to his shop, and within in hour and a half brought it back to me good as new, and did not charge an arm and a leg either. I am so very impressed with Clarks Auto repair and I hope everyone gives them the business they deserve! If it hadn't been for them we wouldn't have been able to spend the little bit of time we did get with our extended family, and we wouldn't have been able to make it the 4 hour drive back home. “I never would have guessed my family and I were going to be stranded at Wayside Body Shop in Denton, Maryland. But we were. I am currently writing this at 9pm, driving home from the beach with my family, with a tire freshly patched by the most amazing employee (I wish I knew his name but we didn't get a chance to exchange information). He went above and beyond to help us patch our quickly-deflating tire that was not going to last us our 80-mile journey back home, all on a Tuesday night way past his regular working hours.
