We bought a new SUV from Cass at Mazda and she was the absolute best hands down!! This is my 3rd car from Preston but this was my first Mazda, we had the best experience and would definitely get another car from her. She was extremely nice, and super helpful. She took her time explaining everything to us and negotiated everything down. Our family is in love with our vehicle. Thanks again Cass ? ?

Betsy Jallade helped my dad buy his dream truck. From my dad- "I want to share my experience with one of your sales people, Betsy. When I came in to order my Maverick pick-up, she was helpful in the process and truthful in telling me that it would take several months for delivery. My truck came in and she was again very helpful in the closing process. I name all of my vehicles and Betsy is my truck's name in honor of my saleswoman! Thank you again, Betsy! Recently purchased a 2019 Ford from this dealership. Bob Roppert was my salesman and I highly recommend him. He was very professional, friendly, helpful and not pushy. I live about 30 miles away and they met me halfway when my extra key fob arrived. Bob worked with me to get me where I wanted to be price wise. I will definitely do my purchasing here.

Purchased a 2020 Explorer in March of 2022 and they took 8 weeks to pay off my trade after weekly calls to the dealer to remind them. They still have not resolved another issue with the car that was agreed upon at the sale. The CEO/President of Preston Automotive group has no idea what is going on within these dealerships. I will sing to everyone I know what a horrible experience it has been to purchase two cars in the same day from this company. They want your money and when they get it, you are nothing to them. Absolute garbage from service to sales to the business office to the body shop.Interestingly enough, this is the third post I have provided as a review and all the other ones are gone. Maybe I will stop complaining when you resolve the issue. Shawn (and his manager) in the Preston Location and Danny in the Body Shop both know what is going on.

Over the past couple of weeks we have had three bad experiences at Preston dealerships. One rude salesperson, one who agreed to show us a car that they did not have on site, and on the same day a salesperson who pushed to get us to his dealership to see a car he needed to get moved from another Preston location. We waited a 1/2 hour after our scheduled time and he still had not showed with the car. I sent a contact to what I thought was a corporate site, it wasn’t, so another salesperson contacted me. When I explained my concerns about how Preston he said he would forward concerns to his sales manager. Bottom line, at least two “sales managers” knew I was a unhappy customer, but neither even bothered to call. No contact info for management on Prestons web site. I think they are better than this, but tread carefully when dealing with one of their dealerships.UPDATE: tried 4th Preston dealership, spoke with salesperson and asked to confirm 3 cars were on his lot to see. 1 at different lot, 2 unable to locate, but he would get back to me. That was Thursday of last week. Have not heard from him. Used contact form on dealer site today to confirm availability of one of the cars. Same salesperson sent me email saying it is great time to buy car, when could I come in. Did not even recognize we spoke last week or that he never responded to me. I have determined I am on a Preston “ Do not sell to him” list.

Preston offers amazing service! My son purchased a vehicle thru Jones Junction. It broke down 88 days after purchase and Jones didn't seem to care. We were told to have it towed thru Hyundai, which put us in a 6 week wait with no vehicle. Preston stepped in and went above and beyond to help us! Once in their hands, my son's vehicle was repaired within a week and a half after sitting at a random Hyundai dealership for over a month. My husband and I have both also purchased new vehicles thru Preston within the last year. I cannot recommend them enough.FYI...Art in the Preston Hyundai sale department is fantastic!

Worst dealership by far. We got a vehicle from here 3 months ago. We heard from the salesman every single day until we picked the vehicle up. Two days after purchasing we realized it had a exhaust leak and called to schedule service. They service department sucks it took almost a month to be seen and they ordered the wrong parts told us they would order new ones right away. The issue has still not been fix everytime we call they say it's on order they don't know after we sit on hold for long periods. We have been told a service manager will contact us no contact. Very disappointing would not recommend this place to anyone.This was at the Nissan Autoplex of Preston Auto

This dealer like all the rest has some issues. I wish to tell you about a coupe of the customer service people. Nicole Gonzon and James McCracken are two of the most nicest, look out for the customer after the sale you will ever meet . 3 Cheers for them.

I purchased a car from them several years ago. Me and my husband still talk about the exceptional deal and quality of service we experienced. From sales to finance we not not just a sale. The guys there are down to earth and everything was done efficiently. I came from out of state they picked me up from the airport and completed the deal with no hassle and care. My best regards to to all at Preston.
