I would highly recommend Preston Hyundai. Twice I have been in with deals that would be seen as difficult for most dealers but the team here has always made the deals work. They are always easy to work with and do their best to make the customer happy. Everyone was wonderful from sales all the way to finance.

Best car buying experience ever! Worked with Jay on the phone and in person. Very professional and straightforward. Felt like he went the extra mile to get the car I wanted and was very communicative and transparent the entire time. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to Preston Hyundai.

I only have 1800 miles on a new 2020 Palisade and the front collisions warning start to pop on the dashboard..took in and they refuse to fix it..instead they give a bill of $1800...BS. Stay away from this dealership..

I own a 2017 Genesis G80. I’ve had a vibration issue that’s only evident during the first few miles after sitting overnight. Michelin asked for an inspection by the dealer. I dropped my vehicle off on February 21st and left it overnight. Apparently it was checked and I was told that Dana, the service manager, would contact me first thing on Monday morning. I never heard anything from Dana, even after leaving a message on her voicemail. In addition, after picking up my vehicle, the interior smelled like fast food. Apparently someone ate their McDonalds or Burger King lunch in my vehicle. Even after wiping everything down, the interior smelled of fast food for several days. This type of treatment is inexcusable. I’ve contacted Genesis about my experience.

Super impressed by their service department. Brought my 2016 Sonata in on Monday for clunking in the transmission. They made updates and sent me on my way but later that day the noise returned and by Wednesday the noise had increased. I called and Ryan and he had me bring it right back in, took it back and after doing a complete inspection found that there was a major issue with the transmission and are replacing it, under the 100,000 power train warranty and gave ma a loaner until it is competed. I was so impressed they were so easy to deal with and Ryan Carter made me feel like I wasn’t being a burden when I brought it back. As a single mom whose dollars are stretched, I couldn’t be happier at how accommodating Hyundai has been.
