“I had a excellent experience at your dealership. My extended warranty was honored and the work that was done to fix my rear main seal oil leak and radiator leaks was first-rate. Hats off to Mike Elliott the service writer who focused on getting the paperwork right and keeping me informed and to the mechanic who performed the work. I didn't get to meet him but Mike said he is a Master mechanic and would do a great job. I believed him. So far no more oil leaks.

“Took an old 2003 truck for an assessment to make sure it was worth keeping. Was pleasantly surprised by the estimate and they got it back in condition to drive and feel safe. Few months later broke down, towed back to the shop for only a couple hundred dollars in repairs. Feel like they're always looking out for the customer and not trying to take advantage!”
“purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.”
“Guy motors is locally owned and are for us “Local People” they understand today’s economy and aren’t just out to “collect a dollar” they do great work and give honest opinions. They listened to what you have to say about your vehicle and not tell you about your vehicle. MD inspections can be difficult because other shops are out to get your money instead of the basic inspection fees. Guy motors IS NOT THAT SHOP! If they say your car needs it for inspection trust and believe it’s the truth. I’m very thankful for these gentleman being here in Calvert county.”

The only problem I've ever had is the online scheduling, which is big corporate problem screwing the local shops. I've used them for replacing radiators, tractor tires, multiple sets of tires, brakes and rotors.”
