Thank you Brandon, Vincent, Joe for all your assistance today. My daughter is learning how to change her own oil. Vincent explained to my daughter how to do it, pointed out cost effective way to buy the oil amongst other good to know instructions. Brandon looked up a light part for my son. gave him options and tips. When asked about Aoutozone jobs, he spoke highly about his position and training for new employee. I felt at home in the store Which is strange a cause it’s an auto store. I felt like they were really looking out for the customer. Thanks again guys. Joe of course was assisting as needed and treated customers with respect. Thanks Again - Mirella

This review is for service I received last night.. 11/29 around 7pm. I came to the store with a busted hose & I can’t say enough about the service I received. I didn’t know what I was doing & really needed help. They came right out in the parking lot and helped me . He installed the hose and I was able to drive home with out any problems. I think Vincent ( I am sorry if I got the name wrong, I know it started with a V) was the person that helped me .. I appreciate autozone and recommend this location if you need great customer service and parts available in store .. if I could add stars .. I would!

I had a headlight in my SUV that needed the bulb replaced. I purchased the bulb and asked the employee if someone could install it in my car. He said that they can do that in some cars but not in all of them as with some cars the bulbs are harder to replace. He looked briefly under the hood of my car and quickly said I can’t do it. I got the impression that he really didn’t want to install the light bulb.I decided to go to the Auto Zone store in LaPlata, Md. to see if I could get the bulb replaced there. Their employee asked me what type of vehicle I had and went out to my car in the parking lot. He looked under the hood of my car and quickly said he could install the bulb. He removed one small part in the engine compartment, installed the bulb and replaced the part he had to remove in less than 5 minutes. There is a big difference with an employee who genuinely wants to do their job well and another who didn’t really want to exert the effort. Don’t waste your time at the Prince Frederick Auto Zone store when you can go to the LaPlata Auto Zone store and get the job done right the first time.

Battery died this morning, Bayside was crammed this morning, so I needed a quick fix to get me back to work. I've never taken my vehicle to Autozone before, but I had a great experience today. Vincent tested my battery and replaced it quickly. He was very thorough too, did a great job, and provided great customer service. I will definitely go here again when needed. Vincent is the man.

DO NOT COME HERE. The younger male cashier is incompetent. I came here to buy a replacement headlight bulb and most auto zones have the employee willing to replace it themself. Car hood was opened and he saw it couldn’t be done with the tools they had available and then he went to close my hood. He broke the clipping for the hood of my car by closing it the wrong way, then stormed off like a child saying it wasn’t his problem and he had customers to deal with. How do you break something, have a temper tantrum, then storm off unapologetically? I talked to the manager who refused ahead of time to pay for any mistakes his employee made regarding my car. They gaslighted me into thinking it was a broken cable with my car near a button at the drivers seat, but when I got my car fixed at the Nissan Dealership in Lexington Park they confirmed the clip underneath the hood was broken from it being closed incorrectly. I’m out nearly $350 due to their employee’s incompetence. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.
